Resident of the area recommended.
The hotel was close to where I needed to be in the morning. There was plenty of space for parking.
Location, staff was friendly and tried to help.

Cons -

Appears that there are alot of "worn out" furnishings. I placed a towel over the chair by the sidetable to sit in it.
I WAS CHARGED FOR A STAY AND HAD TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND THE HOTEL MANAGER WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY TO ME. ARE THEY THAT DESPERATE FOR BUSINESS THAT THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY. UPSET
The hotel had a weird smell that could be noticed from everywhere I went. The floors were dirty. The room was dated and stuffy. Was not really what I was expecting.

The pool was not working, the room had an odor and the tv was not working.
