- Cleanliness of the room
- This is a hidden gem in Marfa. The decor is repurposed industrial that works well. No comfort has been overlooked. The staff is wonderful and attentive. We will definitely be back and high recommend it to all.

Cons -
- Overpriced given the location and amenities. This is not a hotel--it is a motel. Also, the AC in the room was loud when it kicked-in, which woke us up several times a night throughout our 4-night stay.
- The pool could have been a bit cleaner, but leaves falling at this time of the year probably make that difficult. The pool was great anyway!
- No, but make sure to read the emails they send regarding various procedures such as check-in after 5.
