- The hotel was quite and clean.
- The only part was that it was pet friendly and the location is conveniently in central Lubbock.

Cons -
- The hotel is out dated
- This was the dirtiest hotel room that I've stayed in. The bed sheets were dirty and the floors had some kind of goo on them. The refrigerator couldn't have been cleaned in the past year. The only part that seemed acceptable was the bathroom.
- It was very dingy feeling. Carpets were stained, leftover food in cabinets, drug activity, zero housekeeping service, poor check-in experience, etc. You can get a much better value for the price elsewhere in town.
