Exactly nothing good about this place

Just. Don't. Nasty. Checked in and immediately checked out. Graffiti full length of entry door. Busted door jam on entry door. Mirror sitting against wall unmounted. Nasty dirt and smoke stained walls. sUseless clerk at desk. Parking lot t

The front desk and house keeping were so sweet and kind.

The owner was very rude screaming at me. For no reason I was just trying to walk in the front lobby. Screaming at me and I could not understand what say was saying and rude and pays the employees low.

Very little. Other than the price.

Needs major updates/renovations to rooms, pool and amenities(wash room, ice machine, etc.)

Not luxury, but served its purpose and requests were accommodated.

It's old but it's maintained.

Didn't get to tell the front desk clerk on Sunday when I checked-out he was busy with another customer. About 2:30 the smoke alarm (for apparent reason) in your non-smoking room went off for about 2 or 3 minutes, then quick. Slept after that.

There was no hot water in the shower or sink. There were worms in the bathtub. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom.

Location was convenient to my needs.

The water was difficult to turn on in the shower. "There was no blow dryer in our bathroom only holes on the wall where one used to be.

The smell in the room, the stained bed sheets, the poor water pressure or the shower head let out only a small amount of water. The fact that the room has been paid for prior to arriving and I still had to give a $50 deposit. Never had it happen to me

Well when I checked out I forgot to pick up my deposit and I¿m not going back to Lockhart and I try to get a hold of managers ask them if they can mail it but so I guess lost my deposit because I forgot

They had bugs dirty stained sheets plugs did not work no working light in the bathroom

Nothing. This hotel is way over priced for what you get. If this is a two star motel. I would hate to see a one star motel.

Yes this is quite possibly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in, With the cockroaches and the exposed wiring and burnt up plugs. Some of the units look like they have people living full time in them... Definitely not a place to bring your family

This is the worst hotel ever. Front desk argued with me. No hot water,no heater. The bed sink in like it was gonna break. The remote had no batteries then I was accused of stealing them.

It is undergoing rennovations. We were there 4 days and got fresh towels twice. There were no hand towels. Check-in and check-out policies are terrible. They actually insisted on taking a photocopy of the back of my credit card.

Parking lot is terrible! Furniture in room looks to be from a garage sale. Tiny TV. Internet/TV only worked in some rooms.

The AC was great with the weather and the bed was also great.

The shower head wasn't great.

Yes, The little man at the front desk said he would refund my 25 dollars deposit on my card, I haven't seen a return as of today I know the room was left in good condition

This hotel has been "ridden hard and put up wet" as they say in Texas. It is in need of some TLC. But it was as advertised, and the staff was very friendly. You get what you pay for.
