Best Western Lockhart Hotel & Suites

Every time we come home to Lockhart we stay at BW. Our stay was great, the breakfast, cleanliness was great! BW haven't disappointed us yet. Keep up the good job I'm spreading the word!

The pricing was high!

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness and the breakfast is wonderful as well!

No, whenever I come home I always come to Best Western for my stay while visiting family!

It¿s close to our relatives whom we visit often and close to Smitty¿s. It¿s quiet and feels secure. It¿s not out of the way, very easy to find and to get to from the main road. The availability of rooms.

Only the price. Maybe offer rewards for our stays.

There was not one think I liked about this motel. Makes the motel in Schitt's Creek look like a 5 star resort. The manager only cares about his pocketbook.

The electricity went out the second day for 5 hours, leaving any perishable items to sour. After initially agreeing to issues a refund, the manager later refused. They care very little about their guests. Another guest got scabies at the site.

Location

Women at counter was rude and when I called before arriving she was rude. Not friendly at all. Been to this hotel several times and never experienced this . Older lady was just not to be bothered. Gray blanket over bed had stains was not clean.

Only place to stay in this town

Everything it stunk beds not comfortable sheets stink old fashion. Bathroom looked dirty bath tub etc.. Not a clean smell at all

Spacious well maintained Great location Enjoyed the breakfast

Accessibility

Has to wait for front desk clerk to obtain pass codes to computer-had problems logging in just gave up. Access computer elsewhere.

Location

The air conditioner didn't function well. And, when other people took showers /used the bathroom you could loudly hear it in your room. I was surprised by this to be honest because overall the hotel seemed nice.

Bed was comfortable.

There were roaches. Had to unpack my luggage outside once home. Frig made nose all not so did not get a good night sleep. Breakfast bar was cold.

Older lady working the counter too busy working on her crochet work to help. Made it well known we inconvenient her to get towels for the pool. Pool was freezing cold and full of leaves and bugs. Room had roaches. No manager available to speak with.

Clean and cool air. Comfortable bed.

Door to bathroom was hard to keep shut

The breakfast. Great varíety.

The carpet. It's the reason I rated room and cleanliness 8. The carpet is dirty everywhere: hallways, lobby and room

Warm friendly staff,Always smiling .clean place to stay. Close to historical sites.

Not a thing.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were amazingly soft and fluffy.

I was assigned a room that was already occupied. The next morning, the desk argued with me about what room I was in. The shower rod was partially torn from the walls, and made it impossible to keep theshower curtain in place.

Location and cleanliness

Ac's needed maintance. On high they barley kept the room cool. was on the noise side as well. Overall maintance on the building needed some repair.... ac's, pool area, grounds, etc. Its ready for a refurbish job. A little over priced for conditions!

Large clean room

Traffic noise

The rooms are clean and well maintained.

No, plan on staying there again.

There were roaches and when I notified the front desk I didn¿t receive a reply.
