The staff was nice and accommodating.

The elevator smelled like urine. The hotel didn¿t have enough towels. I had to ask for soap and towels daily.

I'm sorry for having to give such a bad reveiw. The reason is, I never got the chance to stay there. I went to check in and they wouldn't rent to me because I didn't have a ID. That was the night Lewisville had a bad storm and I spent all night lo

Looking for my ID. That was the only thing I didn't like about it.

It was clean.

There were no supplies in the kitchen; I did get a few but no cooking pots. Tiny bit of dishwashing liquid. I used my soap to clean dishes. The toilet stopped up; my son had to fix it. The fridge did not cool; had to buy ice for cooler. TV in and out

Front desk check in agent would be a super corporate trainer. She was friendly and welcoming. Knowledgeable and quick to resolve any inquiries. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable. Grab and go breakfast. Wifi. Fresh paint. 11 out of 10.

Elevator stopped working but maintenance was already repairing.

Really enjoyed that it was close to other attractions, grocery store and that it had a kitchen. This made our holiday meal easier and more cost effective. We also were able to stay safe during our visit as well.

The staff was extremely rude. Literally told us he was half asleep and double charged my card. He then told me to come back in the morning because it was late and his manager would give me a refund. Ridiculous and I¿ll never be back

Even though it was the worst ice storm in Texas history, the staff did everything they could for us. They let us use their personal phones to call family and helped us get out when the pipes burst. They went above and beyond for us.

It was what I expected.

Had to ask for hair dryer; breakfast was pretty much worthless; no ice in hotel;noisy.

The breakfast was advertised as a breakfast but wouldn't even be a descent continental breakfast. It was awful.

The location was perfect

The smell of smoke in the lobby and the term breakfast is oversold here. They literally put out oatmeal packages and call it to go breakfast

room looked entirely different from the website. No phone in the room so i had to walk down to front desk everytime i needed something. keypad for the room key did not work on 2 of the doors outside. the hotel smelled horrible and just did not seem clean

The convenience off easy on n off highway. Location!!

The morning front desk crew very rude. The shower was nasty full of grime.Only 1 roll of toilet paper in bathroom. I stayed 7 days not one day did they come to clean room. I got on my hand and knees to clean the floor with a towel, that was nasty!

The new management is trash. The 2new housekeepers do not clean at all. The only employee's worth a damn And the maintenance guy. This hotel will surely go down to 1 star in no time with this new crew. Sad I liked it here.

THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS LAZY AND THEY ARE TRASH. THE HOUSEKEEPERS ARE LAZY DO NOT CLEAN AND R RUDE ALL THE TIME. I LIKED IT HERE BUT I THINK THIS IS MY LAST TIME STAYING HERE.

The lady at check in was very friendly

The shower had hair in and there were no pastries or sugar for breakfast, at 7am. You might want to add an ice vending machine. There was a hold of $149 put on my card when I was told it would only be $100.

Luke warm water . The mattress felt like card board over springs and there was no comforter on the bed .

the room is good, is Clean, The hotel Was good. Just a 2 Stars, no plus. You can spend a good night.

Hotel needs maintenance, automticamente Door dosent work. Lateral acces to rooms dont open. Dosent exist brekfast just the y pullover a table and put coffe Th e hallways smell no good.

I stayed for ONE DAY and woke up with BUG BITES ALL OVER MY TORSO!!!!! I checked in and the AC was broken, which was addressed to staff, but that is nowhere near as horrendous as having bugs crawl across and bite me in my sleep! I am beyond disgusted

The location was cool

Everything else. One day it smelled like mothballs, one day it smelled like feet and mothballs, one day it smelled like smoke, @$$, feet and mothballs. Long, brown hairs in the tub.
