The room was not clean. My girlfriend would not even take a shower ,, the shower head was mildew/ rusty

Bugs in room. Room not vacuumed. No facial tissues or sink soap in room. This hotel was rated as a 3 stars hotel. It’s a 2 star or less rated hotel.

Found big cockroach in first room and second room the bed has dirty spots very obvious ☹️

Front office staff was rude, no fruits in the breakfast and when asked front office staff answered rudely that its over and they dont have anything left. Its by morning 8.30

Advertised free hot breakfast but there was only waffles and yogurt.

Easily accessible from the highway and lots of restaurants close by.

The room was unclean and the hotel was under remodeling with junk in hallways. The breakfast area was terrible and limited. The juice machine was out of order. We killed a couple bugs in our room and saw lots of them in the hallways too.

The bed was really comfortable and I liked the room space as well. The free breakfast was tasty and had some great options

electrical outlet w/no cover in bathroom also tile was cracked, ac made loud noise w/turned down, outlets by the bed didn’t work, no cups or coffee & coffee pot didn’t have a lid so coffee wouldn’t empty into the pot turns out no lid on pot and more

Major renovation going on. Hallways were congested with washing machines, shelves, vending machines, tool carts, etc. Lobby was closed to traffic due to cement work being done. No kitchen, no coffee, no refreshments.

It was falsely advertised, there was no free breakfast. There was extreme construction happening, my room was dirty and outdated. I would say filthy actually, the bathtub had not been cleaned and the sheets and lampshades had stains. The carpet was nasty.

Not refilling the food before 9 AM for breakfast. Less options for breakfast.

Didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t bring your breakfast to the room. Also the bagels were hard as a rock.

It was located conveniently near the intersection of I35 and TX 121. There were plenty of food options available nearby.

In my frequent business travel, I've stayed in Country Inn & Suites many times, and have come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and convenience. This one was shocking! I'm surprised that the brand has allowed this location to remain open!

There was nothing I liked about the it.

This hotel was not a three star hotel. It was more like a one. The bottom floor, where the rooms are is under construction. The second floor, AC was off the wall and not working. My room was dirty from previous days. Found food behind to bed. Check out

The front lobby area was very nice.

Yes, this hotel looked like it had been through an earthquake. Our room had cracks and peeling wallpaper all throughout the room. The window springs were broken and did not open and the hotel had a funky Indian-food type smell of curry or something odd.

The staff was very friendly and the the hotel and room was very clean

In room 303 the restroom faucet was not screwed down and the ac ac made a strange sound after being on for 15 minutes

The hotel was outdated but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice

Nothing was acceptable during our stay

Extremely UNSANITARY conditions in the entire room and restroom, starting with the carpet- it was filthy and dusty. The towels were old and thin. There bugs everywhere, in the beds, in the ceiling and the windows. The pool wasn¿t working either.

The location was probably the best thing about this hotel. Easy access to highways.

You couldn¿t buy a smile from the staff and the fee for incidentals was $100, which seemed odd for that hotel. Everything was clean, but definitely an older hotel. Not sure how it gets a three star rating. Oh, and lots of slamming doors during the night.

The drywall was cracked all over and separating. The toilet was loose and rocked when sitting down. There was hair, not ours, on the bed sheets, in the shower, and the sink.
