Furniture was dilapidated and damaged - some items were held together with tape - soap holder in shower was broken off, toilet paper holder was broken off - there was no toilet paper in the room - the office chair was shredded - metal fixtures were rusty

Absolutely nothing, it should be condemned.

Everything. It smelled like marijuana, there was urine in the toilet when we got in, the door was badly repaired and hardly shut, missing faucet handle, no AC, and the indoor pool was closed and had a nasty mold film on it.

Proximity to Railroad soccer park, food and gas. Staff was very accommodating and super friendly.

Our AC wasn't working properly. We didn't realize till other people in our room were already asleep so I asked to be moved for night 2. The website advertised an indoor pool. It was not in service which was upsetting bc that was why we chose this place.

The location was quiet and felt safe.

Our room key did not work. It turns out that the device was broken. We were not offered another room.The hotel was horribly dirty.  The breakfast was terrible. All hot food was empty by 0830 (even though the hours were 0600-0900).

THE TV NEVER WORKED AND WHEN YOU CALL MAIN DESK THEY SAY ITS UNDER MAINTENANCE. DIDNT WORK FOR OUR ENRITE TRIP FROM THRUSDAY TO SUNDAY. ASKED FOR A BLANKET BUT THEY ONLY GAVE ME ANITHER SHEET

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Yes, Hotel was pretty much falling a part. We tried to use the indoor pool and hot tub but the water was too cold to swim and the hot tub was even colder then the pool. The water level for the hot tub was way below the water jets.

Location is pretty good

The breakfast eggs and bacon were not very good and not much variety. Everything tasted like fake food.

This hotel was not clean an was apparently under construction ..the workout and pool areas were closed for guests ...I would book elsewhere.¿¿

Room was very clean the bed comfy nice customer service.

Bed was comfortable.

They didn't want to give us our change the guy said he gave us back our change I told him he didn't then he counted the drawer and immediately gave us our change. First room the AC didn't work.second room the phone didn't work!

The concierge, the breakfast and the amount of time to given for the meal to be eaten. The cleanliness and having the amenities like the fridge and microwave.

The location was a bit confusing to find, but served up ample handicap parking and enough spots to park.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the expressway & great food places to eat.

The hotel elevator had a terrible odor throughout my entire stay. The emergency exit door going outside remained open all the time and any could have entered. We had to ask for towels & was given the ones that is used at the pool.

The bed and air conditioning

Room was not serviced by 5pm every day. Had to ask front desk for towels on day 2. All furniture surfaces were heavily dusty. Reaching for my alarm on nightstand , my hand had black dust/ dirt

It was nasty. The bathroom door had something splattered on it that may have been vomit. The ceiling in the bathroom had been repaired and the repair looked like a hack job with a sloppy patch very visible above the shower. I ended up sleeping elsewhere

Location and the hotel was clean

Upon leaving the staff charged my card additional 100 for a towel having juice on it. When asked to show that this could not simply be washed out and am why would a towel cost 100 dollars I could get no response. They also do not have a gym.

Good customer service

Could had breakfast or given a discount or something for not having it. That is one of the reason I chose the hotel.

Breakfast was to be included indicated in my hotel reservation. However by the time I checked, I was informed that no breakfast included, due to their management changes. Yet breakfast is still advertised on your website. The hotel construction was noisy.

After checking in we were told kitchen was being renovated, no breakfast, only coffee. Walking down hall to our room on 2nd floor the smell of someone smoking very strong. No comforter on one of the beds. Lamp on desk had rust on base, said new ones

Were ordered but haven¿t arrived yet. Charged a $50 room charge on 03/25/2022, as of 03/30/2022 no credit has been issued.

Several things: Room, saw bugs in the room, patched whole in the wall. Just was not impressed at all. Pool water was very cold. For the price we paid, it was not worth it.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Our room smelled horrible. The HVAC unit in the room air smelled like mildew. The shower had mold in the caulking around the tub. The hot tub water looked like pickle juice and it was grimy. There was a free breakfast promised but none was provided.
