Loved the hotel

AC was broken in our room. I told the lady at the front desk and she had someone go up and look at it. It was fixed till about midnight when I woke up and it was hot again. We spent 2 nights with uncomfortable temperatures.

We liked that the toilet and the shower were in separate areas. The staff was very polite and accommodating, The hotel was clean and inviting.

The faucet in the area with the toilet was broken, but still worked.

Water pressure at sink was too low. Room not cleaned each day. Refrigerator froze drinks.

Rooms were big and very clean.

We stayed for 2 nights. After the first night the room was not cleaned. We had to request new towels.

Needs remodeling. Musty smell throughout hotel.

Couches were old and broken down.

Room was hot as clean as I would have liked. Hair were stuck in pillow cases, tray tables were not wiped down and someone had left a shower cap over the smoke detector.

Two things I didnt like or else I would of given straight 10's. 1. I asked for my room to be cleaned on Saturday. No one ever came by to clean. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. 2. The breakfast was very cheap! especially compared to other hotels. Th

The staff was great, and the room was very clean and updated.

The breakfast was very simple because of the restriction during covid-19.

It was very clean and comfortable.

The refrigerator kept turning off and my food didn’t stay cold, but that was a minor glitch.

Staff was awesome!

Bathroom door was broken (off its track). Mirror coating was peeling off the back of the glass. Plumbing fixtures were very loose (bathroom faucets).

The staff, they were extremely accommodating and were helpful to all of my family that stayed there.

The Bed was kind of hard, but that is a preference. It was tidy, clean and nice.

I liked the hotel's convenient location.

We did not have our room cleaned and we reported this to the front desk. The lady was rude and condescending. She said she was not a house keeper & that we needed to deal with it. I requested to leave a message to management. They have not called me yet.

There was a mouse in the room I was in, I reported it and no one did anything to fix the problem nor make the guest feel safe and or valued.

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants. Nice breakfast, quiet hotel. Very nice.
