Bed bugs and the staff was rude and I had to fight for a refund

Sporadic water pressure, marijuana smell, cigarette smell,

Nothing they lied said I had a big room to sleep 6 but truthfully it could only sleep 4

When I asked to get a bigger room I was told no even after saying I would pay the difference

Stains on bedding batteries in remote had busted and white stuff got all over my hands when I picked it up

Crack on back of bathroom door NO COFFEE AVAILABLE Ask for napkins and was given a hand towel Did not have room ready by 3pm check in No fridge in room TV didnt work and ask for a different control to check. TV channels had to be manually changed

The air conditioner

Elevator not working. My room was located by the staircase. Couldn¿t sleep due to heavy traffic . This¿s a non smoking hotel but cigarette butts all over the place with trash. My bedsheets had ladies long hair on it guessing bedsheet was not charged.

The smells. The decor is bad. Beds poor quality. Motel 6 is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss.

The elevator was down for a whole day and it seemed it was mostly because the people supposedly working on it were in no hurry to finish

Staff not welcoming. No smile to welcome. Arrogant reception lady.

I did not like my stay I had to check out early that same day. I was under the impression this establishment is ok with drug use in the building I got asked if I wanted to do drugs in the elevator and smelled marijuana in my room. Not happy

Things seem new in the room, look like newly remodeled.

The worst motel experience me and family ever had. Our room is on the first floor. The front desk staff went crazy after mid night, shouting, laughing, hitting/slapping doors, made big and crazy noise. I was waken up and my family was too scared to sleep.

Its not the highest quality but its excellent for price.

Its rain a lot in texas lately...had a momentary ant issue but manager took immediate action and everything was fine.

I thought this was going to be a seedy hotel based in the rating given, however, while not a crown plaza....it was very clean, friendly staff and central location to multiple eating locations.

The only real issue I had was all the blasted road construction but the hotel can't control that... great inexpensive place to stay.

It was awful never ever again.

They over booked our hotel for texas vs. Ou weekend so everything else was sold out and we confirmed the night before. Plus made the reservation two and half months in advance. And they did nothing to help with the problem.

Check in/out was fast and easy. It's right next to a movie tavern so we were able to walk to the movies instead of drive that short distance. Room was simple and clean

The bed is incredibly hard and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. The place although non smoking still stunk of cigarette smoke. The walls are very thin.

The doors are very loud, both the room and the side doors to outside so you can hear people leaving room and building, which happens ALL NIGHT!!
