Comfortable bed

Not good soundproofing. There was too much noise from nearby rooms and the hallway. We were unable to sleep from 5am on.

It was quite. There is no highway noise. Bed and pillows were comfortable too

Incredible hotel, well staffed, the bed was incredibly comfy, a true cloud. The breakfast was super delicious, especially the pancakes. Love the washers and dryers onsite. Super clean, super quiet, big rooms. Excellent value and well managed. Impressed.

Everything in this hotel was great; the suite, service, attention of the staff, breakfast buffet, location, facilities. Definitely, if I have to go back to Lewisville this hotel will be my first option.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were very nice and professional.

The room was clean and bigger than most, comfortable beds, friendly and efficient lady checked us in at 10pm.

There wasn't a place to sit for breakfast because it was so crowded.

Super clean and quiet, new, close to restaurants and the highways. Great breakfast! I wish all Holiday Inn's were up to this standard.

Room is almost perfect to me. Well cleaned. All equipments are working well.

Elevator was not working for the time being. But I was reminded before check-in. I am OK to use stairway for the 4-stories building.

The elevator didn¿t work so I had to carry my luggage and other things up and down the stairs and wasn¿t told until check in
