Is under construction, water faucet did not work, pipe broke down and spilled all over the floor.

It was a 2 minute drive from my job.

My reservation wasn’t upheld. The first room I was given smelled like urine. The room that I was finally given seemed fine until it warmed up in the room after adjusting the thermostat. I fell asleep & woke up to roaches mingling everywhere.

Nothing it?s the most disgusting hotel I have ever gone to. There was riches crawling on my husband in the bed. The cupboards was broken. The floor as dirty, no rags, bathroom and door all turn up. People hanging out all day outside. Run very bad place.

Where do I begin, first we walked into the hotel and they said it?s non smoking that was a lie. They do not wipe the floor they spray fabuloso on it to make it smell good. The room was disgusting. Children were running in the hall like a play ground.

Unexpected $50 deposit, extra $32 charge after stay, and lack of communication. I called to try to get an answer as to why my card was being charged additional charges and after 2 attempts including a 40 minute wait on hold, I decided to review in here

The price and full size fridge but they do need an ice machine

Office closes 9:30pm-10am. Sometimes my room key doesn't work and can't get it reset. Shower is old and doesn't work good. No trash can. Sketchy parking at night. Just ran bad, it's a dump.

Asked for a handicapped room with TV, microwave, stove and a sitting area with a king sized bed didn't receive any of the items Toilet seat broken Bathtub faucet Dripped and wasn't repaired Had to replace the light bulbs And shower curtain myself 850$2wks

Absolutely nothing

The floors never swept but mopped and debris everywhere The police already arresting another guest when I arrived to check in but I left the property before check in bc I didn¿t feel safe. The hotel refused to issue refund and lied saying I checked in

There was nothing good that I liked about this place I will never stay there again.

The room was nasty. They didn't mop the floor there was no blanket there was roaches. There was only one pillow one towel. I had to clean the bathtub before I could take a shower it was just nasty.

Nothing they were closed and took it up on their self¿s to cancel my reservation

This was a complete joke. I am so mad. My money was taken from my account. And the kicker of it all no one cares

No blankets or sheets on the bed no toilet paper! Got yelled at because came back to the room after midnight and was locked out of the hotel! Worst place! Never go!

Everything but that person who has a problem with me that works behind the counter..... she lied and said their hotel was booked. But I booked for a friend afterwards and they had a room. She also charged me with booking and won't give me bk my money.

The hotel nstaff really are doing a great job. I just want my money bk. I work for my money.. at subway so it is not necessary to take my money and not give me what I paid for.

Not a single thing

It was the absolute worst experience and hotel altogether. They showed me 2 rooms and both were disgusting and no human being should be allowed there in those rooms. Staff told me they cancelled my booking but never got my money back.

The staff are great. The room is adequate, and good for the price. Cleaning is great in the common areas, but the rooms are sometimes overloaded.

Friendly staff. Rooms and guests laundry were well maintained.

Hotel closes at 9pm. You can get h lp, it's just a little bit more work to get it.

Yes the room wasn¿t ready on time was still charged for the full day also was charged for linen when pillows didn¿t have no blanket. I only had 1 towel. Room was dirty seems as if they didn¿t clean it when that was the reason it wasn¿t ready.
