The rooms were large, the bathroom was modern.

The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were cheap and lacking. The carpet was disgusting and left black on our feet when walking around the room barefoot. There was a dirty sock under the bed. A dog in the room across the hallway barked constantly.

Charged me $30 for 'incidentals" that I never received back and only 2 washing machines.

Clean

The room is only clean every two days, so if you are staying just the weekend than it won?t be clean or towels not replenished unless requested

Bathrooms need better cleaning. Overflow holes in the sink had black mold. Shower door had brown stain build up at the bottom corner. Toilet need to be bleached

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room and the breakfast.

We had a toilet that squelled when it flushed. Just very annoying in the middle of the night.

We always make reservations in this hotel because is in good location, the attention is pretty good, we love this place. They have breakfast.

Well we make a reservation with two Queen size bed, when we got there they didnt have it just a King size and a sofa. We didnt like that.

Good location, near office buildings and away from busy traffic. 5 minutes from park with walking/bike path. Spacious 2 queen beds with sofa and divided curtain. Newly decorated.

Hot breakfast could be better. Pre-made omelets and sandwiches weren't that great. There were trash left in hallway from other customers that weren't picked up for 2 days.

Still smelled new. Very clean. Good food. Accommodating staff. Gave us a 12:30 checkout.

Good location for my business trip, it was clean, and I liked the blackout curtains.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and they did a fantasia good of keeping the tables clean. It was very convenient to everything we were doing.

The only thing was one morning the person on the front desk did nothing but stand against the wall playing on his phone.

The location

The complimentary breakfast was trash. Just cereal and all kinds of nasty bread with a wrapped up undone eggs. I have been in other Hilton hotels but their breakfast here is worst. Also I was here for 3 days and no one came to clean my room until I left.

The hotel was clean and for a reasonable price. We also liked the complimentary breakfast. Hotel was pretty quiet. We also liked the bigger refrigerator in the room.

I feel like this hotel was more than 2.5 stars. It was so pristine and very comfortable. It didn¿t have any weird scents. I was thoroughly pleased with staying here and as I travel to the Dallas area often over the year, I will always stay there.

The only thing I can say is that they were overbooked. Some of the rooms were not ready at check-in time.

Room was fine, clean.

Front Desk no one cared that we was waiting to check in, without anyone in the line. Guy took so long to check us in, beside him lady was on video call with her friend she didn't even flinch to see if we need help. Very unprofessional service.

Friendliness of staff

Cleanliness was a slight issue. Short staffed on housekeeping. Old food was found in microwave. Doesn¿t tidy room on average unless you schedule it 24hrs in advance. Have to get your own towels from front counter.
