Room door tries to injure you when you are not holding it tightly. The auto door closure is too strong for elderly folks.

It was very clean, new and had a great layout.

My first room had an issue with a/c control not working right. But the staff was great about quickly fixing the issue.

Hotel employee was outstanding! Clean n comfortable.

One room was ready, and one was not. When we went back to get the keys for the second room, the staff person told us we had to pay incidentals and took a long time. But the first staff person had already told me the incidentals were paid. Frustrating!

The new, clean and attractive room was a nice high end look. Very comfortable and quiet.  the front desk was professional, pleasant, and efficient. Great and safe location. A wonderful relaxing experience. The price was great, too.

The pool on the property had birds in it at all hours. The room could have been better laid out and maybe some regular seating chairs added.

The location was convenient for our stay. And the breakfast was great! So many choices for everyone in our family.

The internet was a joke. It gave you two options¿ either use the ¿free option¿ or pay an extra $4.95/day. We kept getting kicked out of the connection, and even receiving and sending texts was spotty.

Spacious room and friendly staff. Needed to print a document and there were no computers in the business center but the front desk staff had he forward the document and it was printed at the desk.

Breakfast was inconsistent (eggs some days; others not). Location was inconvenient for me as someone who does not drive. Bed was uncomfortable for me and room too warm, although admittedly I like it cold when I sleep.

It was very clean and quiet. Got a good night's sleep. The receptionist at check in was very pleasant.

I had to put up a $25.00 deposit. I have not received my money back yet. I am disappointed We did not do anything to hurt the room. Is their anyone one who can help get our money back

Room key machine didn¿t work, wait time to check in, how staff handled communicating with line of guests as they worked to fix the problem, back exits locked and no one shared this at check in, full parking led to walking in the rain, noisy at 4a

The air condition was noises and ventilation terrible, sinus flared up. Had to get my own towels no house keepers.

Yes I stayed there 4 days and asked for house keeping to clean my room and they never did I traveled with my kids a 1 year old and 5 year old it had poopy and peepee diapers in my room the entire trip because no one cleaned my room!!!!

I did not realize that I booked for a two queen size bed with accessibility bathtub. When I notice that I didn’t book a king size bed with the glass shower, I spoke to the hotel employee to see if my room could be changed. She mentioned that it couldnâ€

Staff were very nice and professional. Seemed very clean. The sticker on the door is a nice touch. Gives you some confidence that the room was actually disinfected.

No bar to hang clothes in the closet. And there were no hangers. What's up with that?? Not what I expect from a Hampton Inn. I just spread my ironed shirts on the ironing board to keep them from getting wrinkled again. Not exactly a 2.5 star experience.

Friendly service I was blown away that they took their time and very nice when coming to bookings, explaining process, and check out. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast could have been better. I will still Come back. Thank you for your time to read.

The waffles were amazing and tasted amazing! Now the hard boiled eggs should have been peeled but regardless the eggs may need to be a different brand. They tasted awful as a omelet and as a hard boil. Not good flavor. Also the bathroom had mold.
