Quality Inn Laredo - Nuevo Laredo

The staff was friendly and nice

I was worried I was going to get robbed or wake up to my car being gone. They're was a lot of sketchy people outside

Location was near the funeral we were attending

1st the door to the restroom was not closing ,so we had to use a trash can to hold the door 2nd breakfast was only cereal, waffles and toast and coffee 3rd when we were gettng breakfast the check in was on the phone cussing outloud

It was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful on all shifts.

Can get a little loud.

The room was smelling and very small. We¿ve stayed there before it was a lot better.

The staff was friendly and room was clean

The breakfast was a joke. Cold pastry plus oatmeal in bag. No hot food for breakfast

The parking was good, other than that nothing.

First of all it was contaminated water in the area, which I was not aware of. When I entered the hotel there was a foul Sewage waste smell. The hotel clerk was very rude. The way she greeted me was by saying yes. I did not feel welcome at all.

It was everything the previous hotel was not. It was clean. It was spacious. They even cleaned and brought fresh everything between nights. It was a 10 out of 10. What you saw in their advertising is what you got.

They didn't have a quick breakfast. But then again we knew this going in.

The room was well sanitized, the staff was nice, honest and friendly

I like everything

Price, fridge, comfy bed, microwave, lots of parking

Lobby had a funny smell

Quiet and clean.

Lampshade missing on the left wall lamp. Low water pressure in the shower.

That I was able to book a room when I needed it the most, even in the circumstances we’re facing

Hotel is under renovation and the door in the room was slanted to a side making it hard to open or close it

I liked their mattress and pillows the best, what a comfortable bed. Also, the room was super clean

Everything was great in the hotel!

Easy to check in and out.

Very noisy.... Breakfast consisted of dry cereal n coffee

The staff

Roaches and musty smell

A/c was awesome, comfortable bed and pillows

Very nice, informative (of area) & friendly staff (front desk, maids)!

Not really

Very clean and comfortable and it was a very good price.

Smoking is allowed inside. The halls smelled of smoke, but the room did not, it was fine.

Well, I did NOT like the fact that my car was vandalized and our belongings stolen!!!!! And, when I spoke to staff they told me that they would not let me view the video . They were not allowed by the hotel owners to help.

The cleaness

When I booked the hotel again I booked it for 2 nites and I only stayed 1 because they told me I only paid for 1 nite so if you can email me with some information about that thank you

Natural gas leak. I smelled it on the 3rd floor. Staff laughed at me. Cockroaches everywhere. Never Ever sgain!
