La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Laredo I-35

Parking lot was super dirty, trash everywhere, swimming pool had no water at all, and in the lobby for breakfast not good at all. Tables were dirty, there was hardly anything left to eat at 7:30 in the morning.

Absolutley nothing. The pics and area I was in looked very nice however .2 miles from where I was I assumed it was one of the newer hotels. It was not. It was ran down disgusting and poorly maintiained. The tub is disgusting.

The first room I got was in the back and did not lock. Went back to tell him and he said all rooms are like this. I said can't be. Provide me one close in the front. That locked perfectly. I always carry my mouskatool with me. The room smelled.

The bathtub was gross with rust and splotches of grime. The sink rim. Slow the countertop was black with grime and likely mold. The room was super humid and the AC unit running full time could not cut the oppressive humidity.

the room smell not good , I have to go and buy room refresher , also the room to noisy people from upstairs drop stuff waking you up in the middle of night

hotel was very dirty, racist messages carved into the wood. Scratch marks in the closet were creepy. Hotel would not refund me my money.

checked in got to my room, and half of the security latch was missing. asked for a different room because of that. got to the second room security latch was missing 2 of 4 screws, had no fire alarm, had missing curtains and other room issues

Room very clean, smelled good, and very respectful staff.

Breakfast can be a little bit better.

It was dirty, it took me 1 trip to the front desk and 30 minutes to open the door

looked like a slum hotel with writing on bathroom door paint was scratched off

restroom was dirty. lack of toilet paper. bathtube was old, dangerous and dirty. insufficient towels. carpet was old and dirty.

Nothing, I has been in La Quinta in other locations and after looking the picture showed in the web page it looks good. It was only the front and it doesn?t show that this is not an hotel, it?s a 3rd class, very old motel.

Everything was bad, the place is very old, dirty, trash cans in the parking lot full with many thrash bags around, no elevators, wall under vanity open, you can see the pipes, trims rotten around a/c and door, filthy carpets.?.and this was the ?suite?.

Location

The general view of the hotel is depressing. The room was not properly cleaned. Plenty of issues involving lack of or delayed maintenance. I will not go back to that hotel.

Fair price for quality of room.

Staff never service the room nor replaced the towels. Only had one washcloth and you can tell the mini toiletries have been used because there was only a tiny bit in each one.

The hotel is ideal if you are looking for something reasonable on price. So, for the price not only did it meet my expectations but exceeded them. The staff is so helpful and easy to work with, specially John & Greg. Overall excellent.

Very clean quiet and handy location

Over the door had water damage and crumbling sheetrock. The shower was dangerously slippery. There was vomit on the stairs for 3 days. if I saw it, the cleaning crew had to see it. The parking was to exposed to the public.

corrisors and external installations could be cleaned more often. Cheap price doesnt mean dirtyness.

external cleaness out side the roiom, the wifi didnt work the second day, i called frint desk and did botging about it.

Everything was pretty good except the elevated bathtub. My wife had trouble getting in and out of the tub. I had to go in and help her. There were no bars or handles to support or hold on to.
