Hampton Inn Laredo

They accommodated me with a new room right away when the A/C stopped working

My wife and I have booked room at the Hampton Inn in different locations. However, this Hampton was a real disappointment. The first room we were in smelled like mold and water leaking in bathroom. Moreover, we had no internet or cable TV. Need more room

Check in, elevators were broken, carried my luggage up a flight of stairs, no help. booked a King room, got a King handy cap. Room was dirty, bathroom had handy cap accessory on the bathroom floor. No ice bucket or internet. Worst ever! Full refund due

We liked the location and enjoyed the queitenes and cleanliness.

It was close to the Highway

It was under construction and it was nasty dirty. The elevators were not working so we had to carry our luggage to the 3 floor.. There were cockroaches in the hallways and the AC/Heat Unit in the room was not working.

The hotel is going into a remodeling there was no elevator and hot water.! ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Everything, Why do you sell this hotels like that ?

There was no hot water and the elevator didn¿t work, I was on the 4th floor.

Elevators were down, did not get the roll in shower I requested. I was only on 2nd floor but if I had ambulatory problems I couldn't stay here

Staff was good, helpful.

arrived...well after check in time, were told our room wasn't ready; it would be another 30-45 minutes. room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working.room on the 5th? I persisted...They found a room that was ready and on the 1st floor

The elevators were not working and I was in the 4th floor so I had to take the stairs. The restroom was missing hand soap.

Elevators are out of service and climbing 5 flights of stairs with luggage SUCKS! Have a family member that couldn¿t stay with us cause they were unable to climb stairs. Was very wring of the hotel not to notify if this issue as well as loud bland

Also lots of loud noises from all the construction the hotel was undergoing

I was not aware this hotel is currently being renovated; the elevator was not working and I had to use the stairs to the 5th floor, which is ok, but they should¿ve made us aware before booking.

Location was good but otherwise than that the hotel really needs to be updated. For the price one pays for the night it doesn¿t really meet expectations. Major fail. Won¿t be staying there again.

Place needs to be updated and room smelled like major dust / mold/ dog

I booked here since I wanted a ¿nicer¿ stay than at a motel 6 but this place was perhaps just as bad if not worse. The sheets and bedspread was OBVIOUSLY not changed after the last guest. It reeked of men¿s cologne and had stains all over.

I liked the towels, pillows, and bed. The AC though turns down during the night making it uncomfortably hot.

The front desk was somewhat distracted. Gave me the keys without a room number. I did not like that the AC turns down during the night making it an uncomfortably warm.

Toilet had stool and toilet paper , room was picked up. Coffee maker missing parts and could not be used. Breakfast bar coffee was poor ( like darker coffee. It was like water. Room service was only available if requested.

It was convenient when we came back from Mexico.

No hot water. I called the front desk and the receptionist told me you have to let the water run for 5 minutes together hot. I have never in my life have I ever. Pitifully too much money to pay for a room with no hot water.
