DoubleTree by Hilton Laredo

Absolutely nothing about this hotel was appealing except the price, but even that was not enough to keep me here.

The room keys did not work so the worker would have to manually unlock the doors. There was only one person on duty and that created a back up in people checking in and trying to get in their rooms.

Location

No key, had to ask front desk to unlock my door every time. Too many roaches. Place smelled like smoke even though its non smoking.

Todo muy sucio, no había llaves y el staff tenia que ir personalmente a abrir a cada huésped la habitación, un elevador no funciona, la televisión no funciona.

Nothing to like

Rooms are full of bugs and cockroaches, carpet is full of stains. Everything looks so filthy and disgusting.

Hotel has been run to the ground. Hallways smell like feet. Rooms are dirty. Feels abandoned and un maintained.

Room did not have an actual bath towel.

Staff not friendly, no contentísima breakfast nor restaurant.

Where do I begin, we got there late around 2am. There was nobody around. We were there for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk. I kept ringing the bell and saying "hello?" loud. Finally a young girl comes out from the back hal

Hotel really needs upgrading especially with carpeting in rooms etc. Room I had a lot of stains on carpet. At least shampoo the carpet.

Nothing they had no lights to begin with

Rooms looked like someone got killed, stains everywhere. The elevator got stuck keys to the rooms didn¿t work probably. There was no light in the lobby. It was HORRIBLE!!!

The staff was not helpful or present, the room was musty and dirty, the bed was made with used linen complete with hair and impression where someone had laid down. The shower had hair and a nasty film on the surfaces. This place is disgusting.

Totally non customer service check in, bugs in my room, filthy, bathroom plus the countertop in the bathroom had a big crack in the joint. A "to go" breakfast as included, when I went down for it I received a frozen $2.00 and told to microwave in room.

That its clean and if there's any issues the staff tends to take care of it right away

the only problem was that I asked the room to have a refrigerator and it didn't have one I had to put the milk for my granddaughter

Very friendly housekeeping and front desk staff.

Very old and outdated. The luxurious looking pool in the photos is dry and looks like it hasn¿t been used in years. I witnessed several drug deals happening in the parking garage as well as right in front of the building.

It was cheap and in a good location

It was marketed as a 3 1/2 Star hotel. That is a real stretch. I would call it a 2-Star hotel

Parking was good. Nice staff.

The smell in the hallway was awful. Exposed wires throughout the hall, looked hideous. The rooms need updating and deep cleaning, especially during this covid time.
