AC does not work. Tv doesn't work. Bath tub is disgusting. Maids will just walk into room. Very rude front desk.

The location was perfect the cleanliness awesome the receptionist well mannered and was able to rest

Friendly staff,and rooms very clean.

Need of maintenance exterior,painting etc.

The location was great.

I was told it would have hair dryer and did not. I asked for towels, I had to go get them myself. I had to clean my room and make my bed each day.

Room smelt clean and was given first floor which was helpful since I'm disabled and can't go upstairs

This hotel room had to many Rochester and the lock to the door wouldn't latch

No iron, iron board, no toiletries, no mini fridge, no coffee maker, no coffee, no breakfast, tried calling the front desk and the cord connected to the phone was missing. The phone looked like it was broken. The ice machine was broken.

when I arrived the rxceocionist was very rude, the hotel was almost empty, I have a recent injury and asked for a parking level room that obviously was available but she denied it

Nothing. They require a $100 Cash Deposit and there¿s no TV remote , No smoke detector, .

Fair Price.

Yes, when a Quest gets there a little before the 3:PM check in time if I here¿s a room available give it , if not don¿t make the Quest wait Outside in the Cold. Let them at least wait inside. Also it¿s time to open the Doors for Check in.

looks nice outside, inside a whole different story was warm and tv worked.

Rude clerk at the front office, had to put down a cash deposit to check in, keys didn't work, room didn't have a security latch for door, toilet didn't work and wasn't fixed after reporting it. Roaches in the room.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

What I didn't like about this hotel was that we had to pay $100. Deposit in cash when we got there,the service was bad,the room was dusty, shower curtain had mold, limited towels and toilet paper and no cups,no braeakfast it was an awful experience.

Proximity to the areas I wanted to go.

It was not an executive room. I would have liked there to be the option of blankets in the room. We had to have the heat running all night because the outside temperature was low. I would prefer to remove a blanket than adjust the heater all night.

We did not stay, we had to cancel.hopefully we get our money back.

We turn the lights on we saw bed bug¿s on top of the bed.

Hotel was very loud lots of noise coming from upstairs room very little parking area people drinking alcohol outside rooms all night long into the hours of the morning

Good price and everything was close to the hotel..

That the lobby is not accessible and sometimes you need to speak to the person in the front desk and no one was there and have to wait..

No mini fridge tubs were stain a.c. was not cold ¿¿ i had it at 60 but felt at 80 bed was not made right blanket has not been wash u could smell the mold

Nothing specialy the clerk was very rude and was not willing to help on anythimg..the rooms are horrible...it had one towel,,fridge and microwave were not working and other things that i just rather not say..

It was near where I wanted to be at the time.

It was unlighted until well after dark and no one was around while I tried to check into the hotel. The room had a security lock that was broken and I did not notice until late in the evening. The breakfast area was very small and no selection at all.
