TownePlace Suites by Marriott Laredo

The suite was roomy, clean, and stayed very cool and we like the thermostat on 65°.

I have always stayes at this Hotel and this time it was horrible. People next door to me was drinking beer all night and was extreamly loud. I could not sleep till 5AM

I ordered room service from Halls Landing, very convenient and good prices. The movie theatre is walking distance. They also have free drinks Tuesday to Thursday. I would definitely stay again.

The newness of the hotel. They had the grand opening the evening we checked in. We even won one of the door prizes they were giving away.

The breakfast could have been better and more attention from the staff to replace empty pots, we had to ask the person at the front desk if they would be bringing out more eggs and potatoes as the dishes were empty and no one was around monitoring.

Pool not working

Breakfast was poor, no so many options.It was high price.

The pool seemed a little dirty. It didn't look dirty buyt the water had an oil slick on top and was a little.murky.

The rooms were very clean staff was super helpful even brought blankets up to the room I Ha d a pet with me he was just a puppy and they were very nice

Breakfast did not taste great! You were limited to small portions

I don’t not like that check in was at 3 and even though I sent a email days before requesting early check in the room was still not ready till after 5. I had to attend my meeting the way I was and not able to freshen up.

I didn't like being charged $803.41 total for a 2 day stay and my account being overdrawn just before leaving town for the Christmas Holiday.

Great location and staff was very courteous and professional.
