Every time I stay here, getting worse and worse. I get to the hotel at 3:35 pm, and they told me to wait 1 hour more to get my room, because they didn't clean it or I can have a not cleaned one right away. So rude and disrespectful.

I was in the room 134 with no windows, and there were ants everywhere. This was my 4th time staying at this hotel, and all the rooms I stayed, had a ants and bugs.

Rooms were way better than I expected for the price I paid.

Pool hours could be a bit more flexable; It closed by 9PM but it would be worth it if they closed it a few hours later for people who would like to relax after a very long drive.

There was a lot of hair on the floor and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

The office staff was very nice and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and friendly. You can tell they’re really trying to upgrade things—my room had been remodeled and was decent enough for the rate.The room included a fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. I also appreciated the security cameras throughout the property—it made me feel safe during my stay.They offer a light breakfast on weekdays with coffee, muffins, and bagels, and on weekends they step it up with eggs and breakfast meats. It’s a nice touch that adds to the overall value.If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with good service and ongoing improvements, this spot is worth considering.

The room was quite warm, and the A/C unit didn’t do much to cool it down. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation, making it feel even hotter and stuffy. There was a noticeable musty smell in the room.If they can improve the cooling and air quality, this place would be a solid budget-friendly option. For now, it’s a mixed experience—great service and effort, but room comfort needs attention.

Paper thin walls. My room shared walls with office and kitchen. Phone ringing all night and morning. 4am was rudely awaken from the banging and washing off pots and pans.

The room we had was not clean. There was a thick layer of dust on everything. Including the floor.

The places had been renew and remodel. Everything is clean and new. WiFi is super fast. All the facilities are in great shape and conditions.

The system is not working great with Booking. I had to called booking costumer service to get two of my reservations in, but costumer service were quick to resolve and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Property was clean from outside and easy to locate with GPS

The little AC window unit has in the room doesn’t actually get cold . We brought a fan to help keep the room cooler so we had to spend extra money on that . Shower water doesn’t get cold so we couldn’t even take a cold shower to cool off . Cockroaches in the room . Draft in the door. Pool was out of service for maintenance but we never saw anyone working on the pool . Front desk girl that was there to check us in said she would notify me when it would be available to use and never did. Juice machine also not working

On arrival, I think shifts were changing and neither of the two women present were friendly or helpful. One left, I received a forced smile. The room was ok, great location. The problem started when I had to put up a cash deposit which I chose to do instead of a credit card deposit knowing they would be months returning the deposit to my card. We decided to leave early the next morning so I returned the key to the front desk. The lady there did not offer to return my deposit. I guess it was my fault for not asking for it. Anyway I forgot about it until the next day. We are now 500 miles away so I called and ask them to mail it to me, minus postage of course. Now is when the plan becomes obvious. They refuse to mail the $50 to me so I say I will return eventually to get it. I'm told I only have 5 days to pick it up. Please don't be a dummy like I was and leave cash. If you put it on your credit card, your bank will make sure it is returned.Better yet, stay somewhere else.

Room are really nice, clean and new. Staff is friendly, area wasn’t half bad.

A/C unit struggled to cool room, door would lock but would leave a decent gap.

It’s fully remodeled, loved how it was super clean . It Has a mini fridge, microwave and let not forget the vanity mirror with lights. I highly recommend this place. The staff was nice.

They moved me out from one unit to another day of without any extra cost.

The AC does not get the room cold or even cool. All night my girlfriend and me were sweating hard outside of the covers and the children couldn’t sleep at all.
