Comfort Suites Laredo - Nuevo Laredo

The rooms were extremely clean

This is a pet friendly hotel however, the surrounding area lacks grass.

Roaches in the bathroom. Filthy bathroom. Asked twice to clean never cleaned. Wanted to charge $75 for dirty towels as damaged bathroom.

The room was clean and cozy

The elevator was not working properly

The cleanliness of the bedroom

The fire alarm from the room 412 went on and off all night. The smoke alarm was beeping all night long. The bathroom did not have enough towels (room for 6 and only 2 towels). The elevator broke down. no overnight help

Na

Hotel was under construction, lobby with no ac, room had no cable. Pool was closed.

Terrible staff, incorrect checkout was awoken twice and told to leave on the wrong day, no tv no phone no amenities half roll of toilet paper unsafe elevator overall worst hotel experience ever.

Location is great, close to the mall, restaurants and easy access to the highway.

Currently under remodel, outside and inside was a total mess.

Location was close to the mall and other sites

Hotel was being renovated. They were remodeling the lobby so the pool was closed and there was no continental breakfast. Rooms were clean but there was no coffee maker, no phone in room, no pamphlets with WiFi password and no hair dryer.

There isn't anything I didnt like really ; I loved how close everything was , the staff , the rooms were roomy and clean also

The area wasn't the best ; as far as safe wise

This hotel was under construction. Hotel lobby, front desk, pool area, hallways and more were torn up. Floors were uneven, electrical wires exposed, dust everywhere. This was not safe for guest. I cancelled my reservation and I require full credit.

Lobby under construction Plaster off walls in room Cigarette burns in bedspread Grounds unkept Did not feel safe

Location is great

Everything dirty, cucarachas in tube, some cables exposed

This hotel was listed as a three star, I would not give it any stars. This hotel was under construction and it was a disaster. There were signs posted that said ¿no pool, no breakfast and NO REFUNDS.¿ I would have turned around and left

The hotel is in construction and have no hot water. The hotel is a mess, very dusty and all durty. The toilet seat was broken and there were cockroaches in the bedroom. Terrible experience.

Nothing at all.

Hotel was filthy, rooms were less than 1 star in quality. Staff and manager were not helpful at all. We never checked in due to the very poor conditions. I¿m surprised that the health department allows this hotel to be open!

Awesome friendly employees. Room was amazing. Can watch TV in the living room and in the bed. Great room! We will be back

Location

They keep on going in my room and stealing things. I am homeless and am too tired to move my stuff. Please investigate. It is the owners for sure.
