Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Laredo

the hotel was very well maintained and the staff was courteous and friendly

there was no airport shuttle available during the hours I needed a ride. I was told the shuttle was only available in the afternoon.

Room 102. TV had failed pixels in the middle of the screen. Pool chemical levels were way to much / to high. Window does not open in room. AC compressor was very loud.

I was woken up by a couple in the room above me at 0755. The were SCREAMING and arguing. I called the front desk and nobody picked up after 5 minutes.

The breakfast was the only thing good about this place

The restroom wasn''t clean the room wasn''t clean I looked on the bed and there was hair everywhere. Also they had construction going on in the hotel and was not able to get a refund. My wife cant be where it''s dusty she has real bad asthma

$$$$$Price- I was forced to stay in a hotel- business travel & was during holiday caravan - most other hotels were sold out. Couldn’t- & didn’t have a choice

Breakfast could be a little bit better.

Breakfast was great and the location was excellent. The lady that checked us in was very polite and beautiful attitude. I believe her name was Claudia. The gentleman that was working maintenance in the lobby area was also very nice and polite. I will definitely stay there every time I visit Laredo.

Location and staff very friendly

The A/C was not cold it was very uncomfortable

The location is great and the beds were comfortable.

This is the second time we stay here and it they always have issues with plumbing. The first time there was no water until in the morning. This second time there was 8ssues with the toilet.

Near to mall, shampoo and body wash are good

breakfast is the worse breakfast I ever try , they use paper plate and paper cup to serve

It is always a great place to go... Nice, clean, excelente bedrooms, bathroom very clean etc. Light breakfast.
