Home2 Suites by Hilton Laredo Airport

Bed was hard and pillows were basically non-existent. Sleep was no comfortable at all.

Close to our events.

The Hot-tub next to the pool was actually cold. Not sure if there was a switch to turn on, did not notice anything.

Location , easy for us to get to the hospital.

I was told that house keeping would come and clean the room on the 3rd dayI checked in on Sunday no one came today Wednesday! trash and dirty towels are still in the room.

The cleanliness and size of the room. Great breakfast selections

Location was in a nice area. There was no traffic, good parking, easy entrance, simple and easy lobby.

The blinds in the Suite was broken, a lot of street lights and building lights shined through.

We liked the room size, window shades and shower size.

Coffeemaker only worked on one side. Water had a bad smell in shower and sink. Bed was too small. I expected a kng size bed for a suite. The air was hard to control. Nowhere to cook breakfast. We try to make the best of any situation, however, for the price we expected a little more.

Great location, clean, great lobby and spacious breakfast area. Kitchenette in room was great as was the living area.

Bathroom pocket door in our room would not lock so would immediately slide open. Rust in bathroom sink and dingy caulk. Large crack on one of the walls. Breakfast was all prepackaged food, fruit, make your own waffles. Coffee not available 24/7 but can make in your room.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff were mannered and polite house keeping was on point. Location was great and easy to get into.

I didn't find anything I didn't like about the hotel

Beds and room

There was a spider web to the right on the ceiling on the corner with a spider clinging on. The shower had a couple of baby spiders.

size of the room

the bed linens were substandard: sheet was paper thin and not crisp. The room didn’t seem clean. The property was new when we stayed there 6 months ago. it has aged prematurely.

Pleasant

Got a room close to the breakfast bar too much noise in the morning couldn’t sleep in . also the hot water wasn’t as hot . It was a cold day really wanted a hot bath wasn’t possible.

Very clean and great facilites.

Everything was great, staff could be a bit more friendly and greeting.

Stay was great

The hotel had power trouble, some rooms didn’t have air conditioning.

Great location and nice facilities

Most everything!

Didn't get a new set of towels for a two night stay.

All of the amenities and staff was very friendly. Mostly they accepted my doggie.

Excellent and comfortable.!

Breakfast was great
