- It smelled like cigarette smoke, really gross. When I checked in, The clerk told me that my room payment was NOT REFUNDABLE!!! I am not sure that is even legal! The room itself was OK, the worst part was the guests. Resembled a half way house!!
- The fire alarm went off right before 8am while we were sleeping it took them forever to turn it off. My fiancÃÂé called the front office and they were rude because he called them before 8am

No Ice Machine, no shampoo in shower, people at window could care less, no customer service. odor in hallway started a reaction with my allergies. open door to service room with fan blowing causing the problem I think. No chairs in laundry to sit in.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Its secure and all the staff from the general manager to housekeeping knows who you are. I like that they treat you like family weather you there for 1 day or 100 days.
I didn't like that the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't like the roaches in the sink either. We left after 1 night of a 2 night trip.
