Wasn't informed the hotel was under renovation most amenities were unavailable

The staff and location were great!!

The smell of the overall hotel wreaked of a strong chemical smell. The first room I was assigned was so strong I was getting a headache and asked to move. Then next room wasn¿t as strong but then the mold in the shower was also a no for me.

This hotel should be rated a one. It is newer but totally run down. No soap, coffee left in sink. Just trash! Price is cheap, I should have slept in my car.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed!!!

It was moldy the carpet was damp and it had an odor, but I had an emergency and had to check out early. I would not recommend this hotel

Close to school.

Building is dirty...mold unveiling. Shower curtain rod pulled out from wall so shower curtain won't close completely.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable.

The room was nice, but not completely clean. The floors were not super clean nor were the surfaces. It wasn¿t the worst, but definitely needed improvement.

The hotel waved the pet fee due to the hurricane, which I really appreciated. The staff was very accommodating.

The WiFi was difficult to deal with as the signal was a little low and the fridge was noisy.

The hotel was easy to find and located near restaurants and other things

The hotel smelled as soon as you walked in and then the room smelled like mildew or mold and I found a bedbug

The 2 staff members I spoke with seem really helpful. Until I left they didn't stand up for what they say they will do.

I didn't like the fact the tool -- from me while evacuate from hurricane. The room was dirty, smelly, and nasty. Inwas giving a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the dirty floor. I was given sheets to change the bed. Toilet didn't work. Used it downstairs.

The bed was extremely comfortable!

The rooms were not very appealing. The hot water didn't work and my ac stopped.

Horrible hotel. Smelled bad. Staff lies to get you to come there.

Very clean

So clean we did not have the big bath towels, but we made the smaller towel work as we only stayed one night.
