The staff was great. The lobby smelled like cigarettes and the shower didn't work very well, but the room was surprisingly clean. Great value for the money spent.

The smell as soon as you enter the lobby is bad and in the corridors too. The mattress is not good. Bathroom needs work too, the taps are not clean, there was no toilet paper holder.

The room as dirty - you could tell there was a dog there before because the floor was not cleaned. Also, there were marks on walls where it looked like someone hit a bug. I only assume this because I found a roach crawling on my floor during the daytime.

It was a king suite, 3 king beds, ac worked fine and a big fridge.

It smelled terribly, the room was in an annex that didn?t have a locking outside door. The bathroom and bedroom doors had kick holes in them?. Only one tv/remote worked out of the two.

The best thing about this hotel is that they allow pets

They charge a cash deposit (and the amount varies by person) AND you have to ASK for your deposit back!! They don't allow refunds, even though they take your card payment BEFORE the rooms are even cleaned, even during this storm.

When I arrived I was charged an extra 50 and it was supposed to be cash. "deposit" needless to say I never received it back because they has "no proof"

It's price was great and the hotel was quite and safe always

Their cleaners just lay the bed they don't sweep if it's not like someone who made a huge mess in the room. But apart from that for the price it was worth it.

The staff was amazing

They have a cock roach problem. The cleaning people only change the top sheet. The cover Uber the top sheet was filthy with all kinds of interesting things that should not be on a bedd sheet.

The hotel is low budget and it look it inside the room. The bedspread had a big hole in the center of spread. I was scared to sleep in the bed. The water in bathroom sink was slow to drain and to get hot.

Price

Upon arrival they wanted an additional 50$ deposit for a room paid for. Plus their breakfast was ridiculous. Some sandwich bread you could toast and an empty coffee pot.

Close to restaurants and Sam's club and Walmart.

Hotel needs to be updated.

Pretty much everything Absolutely dirty. Trash built up outside in parking lot. Trash built up at entry way. Long black hair in our bed. Dirty bed covers. Smell of mold very strong. Will never stay there again

Checking room was filthy, towels were damp and filthy on arrival. Tub and bathroom were not cleaned. Sheets were dirty. Room smelled horribly of mold and mildew. Made us sick!!
