The breakfast area offered a good place for my family to gather and visit during the day.
#1 The bathroom door would not close all the way because the door jamb was swollen. #2 I went to the desk and asked for extra shampoo the second night. She couldn¿t find any. #3 There was water dripping down into the conference room.

Room smelled of mildew, musty and beds were uncomfortable. Also, coffee maker in room was not compatible with k cups, only the maker in breakfast area but it didn¿t work half the time.

We booked a king room. We got there right at check in time. Got to our room, it had 2 queen beds. Went back down and told her we booked a king. She said they were booked up and that all she had was 2 queen. Very disappointed since we booked a king room!

For the price we paid , I would have expected more hot choices at breakfast.

Looks like they need to replace some furniture. No cold water!!!! That worked in the shower but my husband had to put some ice in a glass of warm water. Elevator was slowwww. No one around to slow it up. Other than that everything else was great!
