The front desk personnel were very nice at check in. I would give her a 10++++ she was very knowledgeable about the area and very sweet!

Yes, it was not clean and the exterior was not kept up. There was no grass in the areas which should have they were covered all the way around the hotel with awfully tall over grown weeds.

I chose this location because it advertised a workout room. ALL of the cardio equipment was out of order. Only the Peleton bike was functional IF you had the proper shoes.

Location was good. Room was comfortable and clean.

Most of the machines in the fitness center were not in operating order.

It was close to where I needed to be.

We stayed there 2 nights and for some reason they couldn¿t make a key for us until night before we checked out. Also the internet was down the whole time we were there which was very aggravating. They refused to compensate us for the in convenience.

Leaving it

First, the carpet in the room was damp and had a strong chemical smell. It was gross. They admitted that the carpet had just been cleaned and that they made a mistake putting us in that room. Second, the breakfast was awful.

Owner/manager was very nice and friendly.

Room with one queen bed was entirely too small- even smaller than typical rooms in NYC! Lampshade was slit open in several places and crinkled- needs replacement. Air conditioning unit didn¿t keep temperature stable. Overall sense that room was dirty.

No hot water, low water pressure, noisy room, reservation messed up. Poor experience.

Hotel was nice in decor, clean, beds were comfy and staff was great! Breakfast was a plus with good food.

rooms had a little bit of a musty smell when we first got in the room but the went away after running the AC unit.

Receptionist was courteous, professional and very helpful.

Was expecting a king size room. Not used to sleeping on a queen bed - room was also a bit small.

Hotel was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. LOTS of cable TV channels to choose from. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

Only one ice maker (on the first floor, at the back). Breakfast was OK, but food quality was like a middle school cafeteria. Though not directly the hotels fault, my vehicle, along with two others were vandalized during the stay. Apparently no cameras

Many of the staff, as they were friendly. By far their Robust Coffee, as I can be a coffee hound. Nice comfortable room, with a good area to sit in the lobby to eat, read/relax near or alone where others were.

The pool was a bit to chilly for me, even though it was indoor,which is 1 aspect I was looking forward to. I avoided it, but enjoyed a nice relaxing time in the hot tub/whirlpool that was a good temp for me. I was not aware only a standing shower, no tub.

Quiet, clean, great breakfast, lots of parking available.

Our hotel keys had to be reprogrammed during our stay so we could enter our room.

The pool area was nasty. There was algae in the bottom of the pool.

The perfect room! Everything was so clean and we loved that room darkening shade!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing a room.
