- I changed rooms 3 times. They were dirty and one of the rooms had a BIG HOLE in the carpet and tripped and hurt my ankle. I kept asking for the manager and they kept saying she's not here. I think she was avoiding me regarding my injury..
- Carpet in room been vacuumed found used contact lens on floor along with other small pieces of trash
- Hotel was in need of significant repairs and was overall dirty. Shower in my room was rusted, and structurally compromised. Halls and common areas do not look like they have been vacuumed in months. Floors were very dirty. Room floors dirty also
