Pros +
- The breakfast wasn't very good. It was better The last time I was there. I settle for cereal and milk. The sausage wasn't cooked well, the gravy was cold and biscuits were not great. The juice was fine. There need to be improvement. That's was I look for when I stay.

- Breakfast was perfect, had different options. We stayed at the Katy location. The staff was very respectful, polite, and ready to help.

- Fire alarm/drill? Went off at 6:15am requiring total evacuation by hotel guests.Had to call downstairs to request sheets and blankets for the fold out sofa bed, took over 30 minutes to receive them.
- There was nothing I didn’t like this time around. Everything was great.
- Extra fees at the hotel that were not mentioned in the booking. Then a 7/10 day waiting period for the fees to be returned.
