- It is under new management and they do not honor bookings.com reservations
- Have stayed there before with no issues

Cons -
- Got scammed out of my hard earned money!!!
- They changed the name of hotel and not accept my reservation from third party vendor and had to pay again there and was told it was my problem to get my refund from third party vendor. Had to call booking.com twice to explain and request refund.
- This hotel is no longer an Oyo Hotel. We arrived and were told that they had changed management, could not access the computer and were unable to honor our reservation or refund our money. I had to call booking.com in order to get a refund from them. Luckily, we were able to get a room at a nearby hotel.

NOTHING
Refused our reservation! Traveled 8 hrs with a sick parent to be told that they wouldn't honor our reservation because we used a third party booking. We then scrambled to find other accommodations and had to get rooms at two different locations in another town.
