There was still food in the fridge and ripped open tea bags at the coffee station; otherwise the room seemed clean. But it made me question if it was actually cleaned.

Appears to be updated but still seems like an older hotel.

Smell in hallways. The rugs were dirty. The sofa in the room had a hole/ was torn on the cushion. Made the room look bad

How modern the room was. Loved the furniture, bed, shower, TV, and amenities.

Only thing was the halls and room doors need a bit of touch up painting.

Clean, lots of space, good water pressure and hot water, helpful staff.

Location and lots of eateries within walking distance; premium breakfast buffet; exceptional friendly staff

Conveinence to DFW airport.

Getting off the elevator on 2nd floor - the wave of stench from someone smoking was very heavy. The stench stayed during my whole stay. Inside my room, the smell was heavy with spices from a prior renter in my room.

Good breakfast was the only highlight

Disgusting couch and pull out mattress we were planning to use for our kids. Best up table and a dog had bit up and scratched the door as well. Do not recommend. Would have left but was traveling with other family who also there.

I love the studio with a full kitchen. The complimentary breakfast features more options than I've seen at other hotels. Lots of healthy options, too.Hotel employee at the front desk is so nice and helpful. She makes your stay so much more pleasant.

Well lit parking lot. Check in and out process very easy. Good location. Quiet. Clean. Very impressed.

Not really. Everything worked out perfectly

It has 24hr shuttle service, we were stuck at the airport because we missed our connecting flight.

It met our needs. we were there approx 4 hrs.

Made reservation the day before my stay. The shuttle picked me up from the airport. I get to the hotel, and the lady at the front desk said she did not have a reservation for me¿AND that the rooms were all sold out!! I was beyond livid!!

It¿s starting to show some wear on wall edges The shower needed extra cleaning in the silicone corners - we could see blood color on some silicone. We were too tired & I had an injured traveler with me so I used it as is..,please address this issue.

Front desk clerk was a little bit rude but the manager cleared things up. He was very professional and very helpful.

The room layout was the best with everything one could possibly need during the travel.

I wish they would have provided hot breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool was not clean. Not usable.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Covid protocols were in place and being enforced. It is a quiet hotel in a good area close to food and shopping.

The hotel has a 24-hr airport shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes. It will also take you to any location within 5 miles of the hotel at your request. There is a full kitchen in the rooms and offer free breakfast every morning.

The breakfast was horrible Got there at 8:35 am and was out of pancakes Breakfast wasn¿t ending until 9:00 Told they had no more Asked why? Then she went and microwaved some more Shouldn¿t have to beg for breakfast!!

Location to airport was great.

Ordered King. Got out in double queen. As soon as I walked in room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Went to front desk, was told they had no more rooms. After bickering, got put in a handicap king.
