Been here before and it is a quality room for the price. Very good breakfast buffet, like VERY good! The front desk guy was more than accommodating as I checked in. He was dealing with a difficult patron. His patience was beyond reproach with this person.

Told desk person there was an issue with the bathroom sink faucet and an odor in the carpeting. He was very responsive and said he would have their maintenance folks address the sink faucet issue and the carpet odor.

Room was fine and big enough

The staff was extremely dissapointing, from the front desk, to the manager, to the breakfast staff - everyone was rude, unprofessional and lacking basic customer service skills. This alone made the whole experience a huge disappointment.

Renovated property with great rooms and kitchenette, above average hot breakfast buffet, close driving distance to numerous dinner restaurants. Very friendly staff, lots of parking and a decent room rate.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean

Outdoor area by the pool had a very bad smell like if an animal had died in the bush. Also, the grill and Gazebo area was very dirty

Clean rooms , free breakfast and conveniently located near great restaurants, Grapevine Mills Mall, downtown Grapevine and both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports. Recently renovated too.

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good. Reasonable room price.

Not greeted upon arrival at front desk. Clerk just sat there a waited for me to speak. But once I got her attention she was nice.

A lot! If I knew it was under renovation I would have went somewhere else. I asked for the sheets to be changed and it was a big hassle. They didn?t take the dirty towels or clean the bathroom food was not that great

Nice safe area near the airport

A/c was not cold enough could not adjust lower than 73 they came 3x to fix it we just finally gave up.

Room size; breakfast; free parking

Took a while for us to get the remotes to work; the room AC/heater made a loud screeching noise beginning at midnight and through the night.

The staff. went above and beyond for the guest. Especially the young man at the front desk. The shuttle drivers were helpful, took me to/ from work and out for meals. Great kitchen staff. The breakfast was excellent! Such a variety. I Highly recommend!

Just one thing. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low.

Not clean . Smell all over the hotel , too many things were broken , key card , shower door , toilet seat . House keeping never come to the room to empty trash and replace towels .

Staff was great.

1. 3 items in the exercise room were out of order 2. Tv did not work until staff fixed it 3. Toilet did not flush well 4. There was a boxed hot water heater in the lobby all 5 days 5. Business center -out of order equipment 6. No hot water for tea

The breakfast was nice and easy. We enjoyed the pool area and were happy we were able to bring our dog ($$). It was close to everything!!

The room had some significant damage, old slip covers on the couch. They allow pets so I guess it is to be expected. The pots/pans and dishes could have been cleaned or changed out before we checked in. They are NOT offering the evening cocktails/snacks.

Breakfast was pretty decent. Lots of options

Room was dated and very dirty. We checked out early because we did not feel safe about taking a shower. The bathroom drain in the floors smelled awful. I don't think the sheets were changed, we found bottle caps in the bed. AC was barely working.

dirty, tv's didnt work, no dishes, no hair dryer, dusty, AC didnt work so we had to move rooms, floor in the restroom was cracked . I was just very disappointed.

The staff was excellent.

The breakfast could be mixes up a bit more. Eggs were powdered. Believe. The lighting in my room was all low wattage so much so I could. Or read a book.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Staff argued with me when I asked for enough towels for all the people in our party.Rooms ABSOLUTELY disgusting.Pull-out bed covered in a red substance,urine, and had dirty linens on it. Saw roaches and overall environment was horrible.
