The hotel gave the room to another customer. Mine was no longer available. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana. I had to go to another hotel and pay separately. This hotel is not a 3-star hotel. I am seeking a refund.

There was several things that I didn?t care for. But the ultimate reason why I checked out earlier instead of at noon, I was awoken by a several loud knocks from the maintenance guy wanting to replaced a light bulb that I didn?t request.

Staff very friendly and clean for the most part

Rusted fixtures and weird smell in room I stayed in 2 different rooms dj different floors same weird smell almost like mold I did see a cockroach a few times . And the dog pop is unbelievably it?s everywhere they don?t enforce people to clean up

Cosmetic issues in bathroom and horrible smell if the door was closed

Not even a coffee was available and lift was not working and rooms stinks

My stay was peaceful looking forward to another in December :)

why did show the Hotel has a vacancy and charged before, when I reached hotel my confirmed room was filled up and did not got the hotel room and has to vacant, I have to search for another Hotel and Taxi at night 8pm with my language outside the Hotel. Refund also no sure, totally idiotic Booking.com website and fake hotel room purchased.

Unclean, sketchy, hallway smelled like weed. I felt unsafe.

Everything. 3 locking doors. Having to badge in like it was a prison. The room was filthy.

Relatively new hotel close to restaurants, shopping.

Hotel has a weird policy that you may only enter from the front door. No using the rear or side doors

I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel please read this message and please listen this hotel is very unprofessional employees very unprofessional housekeeping do not even clean your room or give you towels or give you blankets they don't have ice maker the rules are very raggly and when you ask for any room service all the employees have a attitude so I recommend you or anyone in this world do not go to this hotel I know it's a $55 a day but do not waste your $55 on that hotel go somewhere else and look on the app and spend your $55 at a very professional place please read this information and listen

Please do not go here at this hotel and rent or stay or pay a week or anything please take your hard and work money somewhere that's very nice respectful and kind and clean

It was clean and comfortable.

It was worn and dated. There was no one at the front desk in the morning for check out and the keys only opened the front doors. Back doors were o ly accessible from inside the building. There was no ice or shampoo etc.

Overcharged and lied saying I had money due on my account which could never happen because I always paid 2 days early in advance for the whole week she got a nasty attitude and disrespect me and lied and called the cops like I was trespassing. I ask for my refund due to me not being accommodated at all . She rudely said no they will give me a refund on a week of stay that I was never allowed not even a hour in the room I paid for with my own hard earned money.

We made a reservation for 2 weeks starting today after 3 months of being there apparently we were rude with housekeeping which never come until check out time beating the door down...so the manager Mariah let us book our room this morning gave us the option to leave or stay from the housekeeper and we go to the front desk and she denied us service after we booked our room we've been in for 3 months. The property is the worst suite I've ever been to..I had to grab my belongings and take the stairs the elevator always goes out the washing machine..no coffee....Not a good suite to be at

The location was in a good area

Too much going on. I didn’t feel safe. I reserved a double bed room for my son and me. No doubles were available. My son had to buy an air mattress because the sofa was too small to sleep comfortably.
