The fridge is too small, doesn?t get cold and how far the walk from the garage to the rooms are. Would be nice to have a separate elevator in the garage that goes to the rooms also
Unable to eat in location restaurant for Sunday breakfast. When that was part of the reason we came. Private Event prohibited guest to utilize eatery.
The spa was not working; no maid service.

the location is nice and convenient

the staff if not friendly, we were locked out of our room due to a malfunction with the door, beds were hard and very small

The local environment was very nice.

I thought for the price and location that paying $30 plus a night for self serve parking was ridiculous and the parking was not close access to rooms at all.

The location was nice.

Everything for the price I expected much more, the rooms are average, bed is hard and small, we were locked out of our room because the door malfunctioned and the staff was incredibly inconsiderate of the entire ordeal, not even a simple sorry.

Very nice hotel. The linens on the bed were subperb. The tub would not hold water so I called to report it and within ten minutes an engineer was in the room repairing it. Now that's service!

The bed was a tad too hard for my liking and the pillows weren't up to par with what I like but I consider myself too picky. The room was quite excellent.

Nice bathrooms in the room!

Beds werenÂ¿t the most comfortable. Wished theyÂ¿d regulate how many people in elevators at a time, especially with not everyone wearing masks.

Close to the convention center and additional dining options.

It woudl be nice if the listing included the price for parking and that you need to take a picture of your plate so they can put that into the automatic parking system.

The location was perfect for my needs and the view and local restaurants were and added bonus.

The seating area is not functional nor realistic. It seams they focused on style rather than comfort of 2 guest. Also, the cleaning was questionable with hair in the shower and the coffee pot was dirty like its not been touched for months.

ItÃÂ¢Ã¢ÂÂ¬Ã¢ÂÂ¢s a new hotel, and the rooms are very clean and modern. Also, the bathrooms are amazing from the vanity mirror that has multiple settings for the lighting to the rain shower!

Very clean

Due to COVID-19 all amenities were shut down except the pool. It would have been nice if they could have provided a cup of coffee to get started in the morning. We were told we had to walk down the street to the nearest coffee shop:(

So close to the music venue. We walked. Wonderful area with lots to do restaurants etc. wished we had stayed longer to actually enjoy what the hotel had to offer.

Staff's professional manner , tidy room with usb chargers in reachable areas, and comfortable bed with clean sheets and pillows. The hotel restaurant food was amazing and felt great paying the meal.

Hotel restaurant staffs seemed short handed and waiting time for the wait person was too long with most tables were unoccupied. When business trip, wait time in the hotel restaurant was not much calculated into the schedule.

Love the room, the decor, the vibe and the cleanliness! One of the best hotel experience ever. The front staff accommodate us with such better xpectation that I ever had before. Thanks to him, I will always go back there when visiting Dallas!
