Beautiful location, bed was wonderful and scenery from the window in the room was amazing!!!

Rude staff at front desk (2 ladies) and no microwave in room.

The location is perfect for walking to different venues.

The front desk staff was really short and not-so-friendly with both my sister and I, who checked in separately. She also called to ask a question earlier in the day of check in, and the person on the phone seemed very irritated.

Yes, no free breakfast and the fact that you have no microwaves in the room, I had to go walk for food down to the lobby, and out my food in a nice microwave which is stored in an very open and odd area inside the lobby. The hotel room wasn?t very clean.

Hotel cant be rated as a 4 star hotel, very disappointed Day 2 - elevator not working for the entire day. Had guests waiting almost 30mins to get on the dirty service elevator Day 3 - Hotel staff knocked at 8am to ask if checking out. Horrible service.

It was very close to the venue we were going to, Toyota Music Factory. Like a 3 or 4 minute walk.

Not only did we have to wait to get room keys because the machine had to be reset but the elevators were not working at that time either.

We had special circumstances and this hotel accomodated us with amazing hospitality even though we arrived very late. Beautiful view and nice comfortable beds. Thank you!

Everything was perfect except the creamer in the room - I think it was very old.

The smell of the room, the a/c wasn't working properly. The staff working when we arrive was not very friendly or kind. I'm also not 100% sure but I think they may have had bedbugs or some type of bugs. When I woke up the next morning I had bug bites.

Room was dirty. Walls dirty & hair. Front desk staff act as if they can¿t be bothered.

The fact that we had a large patio was just awesome! Room was clean and quiet. No complaints other than the one weirdo at the front still wearing a mask.

We loved the room but for some reason got stuck in a handicap room. Even the ironing board was very small and low to the ground to accommodate someone in a wheelchair. But maybe that was the only room left?

Front desk staff left me standing there for several minutes. A White guest stood in line behind me. We both stood there for several more minutes. Then front desk asked the person behind me could they help them.

Location, decor, room and bath amenities

The drinks and bar food were higher than in the Metro NYC area. Way too expensive for Dallas Tx hotel lobby bar.

Beds were small. I booked two queen beds. But they were definitely smaller. They felt like full. Room had not been vacuumed well, there was trash from previous guest underneath the bench and edges of beds. Sheets had small stain.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We felt safe there and the location is just what we needed. We will stay here again.
