Homewood Suites By Hilton Irving-Dfw Airport

Hotel smoke detector alarm went off more than once after going to bed, refrigerator made obnoxious noise and front desk said to just unplug it, and shuttle does not start early enough in the morning to catch an 8 AM flight. Won’t be staying there again.

The layout of the room. It was nice to have a full kitchen and living room area away from the bedroom.

The pool was not heated and it was closed on our last day :/

Housekeeping entered my room while the Privacy Please sign was posted on the door. That is NEVER acceptable. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was amazing we got in late and it was very dark to keep us safe the amazing shuttle driver ran us to get food so we would stay safe thats going above and beyond. Definitely appreciate and highly recomend

No water except to buy even 3 star hotels give free water just my opionion

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, indoor pool, and the room was clean.

The fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress so we consistently had to pull the sheet back down over the mattress only to have it slide up again. Provide non-pork meat items for breakfast. Allow guests to log into their streaming accounts on the tv.

The room was very nice and roomy ! The place is very nice and clean. Also quite. I had the breakfast both mornings i stayed and it was very good also.

The taxi service that was recommended by the hotel was not professional and charged $40 for a 2 mile trip.

Room was not ready at 3pm check in we waited about 1 hour

The size of the room and the amenities.

The option for breakfast. There needs to be more 9f a variety. The bagel was hard as a rock. I know we are still dealing with Covid but they can have more fruits, cook sausage or bacon, oatmeal, muffins, cereal.

The room is very clean and I like the suite settings including kitchen, table, bedroom and bathroom. The waiting area in the lobby is very nice and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and from generally observing things over my stay was very well maintained. There wasn't lightbulbs missing or that didn't work. The room, the pool, the lobby, you could tell the maids, and cleaning staff took pride in their work

The attendant at the front desk. She was rude.i asked if i geT the pool key which she didn't have any. I told her no one's was in the pool and she asked me 3 times after cause she didn't believe the pool was empty. I finally get the key and it didn't work

It was a tiny bit out of my main route, but not by much. This really isn't a negative, but that's about all that I can think that wasn't amazing about this particular hotel.

I just want to say that this hotel we stayed in, was the best hotel we ever had. It was roomy, Clean, just outstanding. The FREE breakfast was awesome. When we come back to visit relatives we will be staying here.

The room layout.

The staff is clueless and rude especially the general manager. I've had ongoing issues with extra unauthorized charges made to my card and have had very rude remarks made to me and nobody had any answers or could help me.

I'm a fan of Hilton properties. I especially like 2 room suites since they are quieter and offer couples a bit of privacy. Upon arrival, the staff honored my request for an upgrade to that two room suite at no charge, probably because I'm HHonors member

The location is strictly industrial, the views are not great but the hotel does its best to give great value and wonderful rooms.

The hotel was great! Shuttle from the airport was easy and the driver was super helpful. The front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel room was super clean. Hotel was also close to shopping center and a lot of restaurants.
