Room has everything needed for short or long term stay. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. The driver Cookie was entertaining and accurate.

Cleanliness and spacious, modern rooms. Very comfortable.

I was told the shuttle pick up at the airport was going to be 10 minutes and instead it was 55 minutes.

Everything from the rooms to the staff are excellent. The gym is great, there's even a bar and guest laundry too! The atmosphere is super fun and breakfast options are great! The pool area is nice and has a grill as well as a fire pit.

It's unfortunate that the designated smoking area is at the swimming pool/fire pit/barbeque area.

That I could cook there . . . full kitchen! Even though I didn't have time to.

Just that I was only there for about six hours :(

The walls are very thin in my room was right next to an entrance so at times it was noisy but other than that it was great

Only negative. We arrived two mins to 10am in the lobby and the 10am shuttle had already left. Then the lady in front pointed at the sign and said that we had to arrive 10 mins early to catch the 10am shuttle. My thoughts are, then have it be the 9:50am shuttle, instead of the 10am shuttle. Another guest also arrived at the same time as us and we shared an uber

Was very impressed with the size of the room and the huge shower. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we got some much needed rest after a long travel. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was ok.

Rooms were very nice and they allow pets. They took my wife to the airport and I got to go home. Didn’t eat because I left before they started to serve. Coffee was ready and it was good.

I don’t have any bad things to say.

I didn’t like pay & being charged from booking & arriving to hotel not finding my reservation in there system & having to purchase my room from them as well being charged from you!

This was my first time traveling alone and I got stuck in Dallas after missing my connecting flight. It was easy to book and the shuttle driver was amazing. Get to the hotel and all the staff was so friendly and helpful and apologetic for my travel issues that they had nothing to do with. The room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

staff not very helpful. We asked for an early trip to the airport. The concierge told us that taxis at an early hour are unreliable, but never mentioned the hotel’s coach.

This was an amazing hotel!! Clean! Fire pit. Kitchenette in room. Modern. Shower was awesome!! Booking two more stays here!!
