Perfect location. We felt comfortable in the three bedroom suite. Beds are very comfortable and the place was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing is that there is no pool.

Cleanliness. I also could not use my television. The lady at the front desk said nobody would be able to get there to assist so directed me on how to reset which still didn?t work. Remotes also didn?t work properly.

The location was peaceful. Allows truck parking which is one the biggest reasons I said along with wash and dryer.

The bed felt extremely cheap and not comfortable, it was a queen in a suite room and the mattress was not firm and too thin. The bed frame was not great! In my stay I was experiencing irritated skin issues. Possible from the staff choice of cleaning products or if they properly disinfected the room.

Peaceful room, no noise despite being near highway, and ultimately was fine for a sleeping room.

No amenities aside from some "face soap" in the room and typical silverware and small packets of sugar for coffee... Throw in exorbitantly priced food-stuffs in the reception (ex. $4 for a cup of ramen) that consist almost entirely of instant ramen, crackers, chips, etc. - be certain you don't forget to bring even simple things (ie toothbrush, toolpaste, razor, etc.)

Really comfortable, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, spacious, and great price. All the amenities we needed. We appreciated the free on-site parking.

The rooms are large and the hotel is near great shopping centers. The beds and pillows are fantastic. The staff was very helpful as well

Minor but the tvs are supposed to have 2 remotes it seems and mine didn't.Also an additional dog area would be helpful since it takes a while to get there if your trim is far.

The location was convenient and the unit had the basic necessities needed for a short stay.

The rooms were poorly maintained and felt closer to a low-budget motel than a hotel. There were cleanliness issues, including stained furniture and a used coffee mug left in the bedroom. The lobby had a strong unpleasant odor, lighting flickered in the bedroom, and the hallways felt weird. There no homely feeling about it. The three-bedroom unit was understocked with towels, pillows, and sheets. This property is not suitable for families or children and was not worth the price.

The property was nice and clean. Had everything you needed except for pots. There’s TVs in each room. No large trash cans except for in the bathroom. Had adequate towels and felt like I was at home away from home.

The WiFi was G A R B A G E!! We had a two day stay and it worked half the time. We would have had to be in the living room to watch something on tv. Good thing my cell service (Verizon) was good in this area.

It had a lot of space to accommodate everyone. Good parking and an overall nice area.

The carpet was full of hair. Not sure if it was dog hair or human hair but we didn’t realize it until the baby was playing on it.

This was my second time staying with you .I drive about 3 hrs to get here for 4 hrs of medical tests. Which is quite exhausting, cancer. So I stay the night. Both times I checked in early and both times the early check in fee was waived This really helps with my budget. I love the apartment set up it makes it feel like home very easy to r relax. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I will be using this hotel as my base of operations for every overnight in Las Colinas. A real bonus is the location 4 to 5 minutes from hospital

The location was wonderful!... The room was exactly what I needed for this trip.... I'll definitely revisit Soka in the near future! ... The staff were very nice and friendly... The fire pit was the best for me.... It was quiet and neatly clean... The amazing room amenities were greatly appreciated!! 9 out of 10!!

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the kitchen sink wouldn't drain plus the garbage disposal didn't work (wasn't connected). I spoke to the front desk while checking out to inform them of the unpleasantry.

The location was perfect. We felt very safe and everything you could need is less than a mile away.

The interior of the rooms could have been cleaned better. The lighting and decor also felt a bit sterile. We ended up getting our own warm lightbulbs to help the interior feel less like a hospital vibe. Otherwise the stay was great.

Nice and clean. I loved the two rooms with two separate bathrooms. And the washer and dryer in the room was a huge plus for me and my mom who was visiting me from California.

Staff. We didn’t know where to put our trash and we stayed for a week. I was told the room can be cleaned when I called later on during the week, when I did; I was told they only clean the rooms on Mondays. We had to keep throwing trash in the outside wastebasket. The internet is terrible, the bathroom sink needed to be drained.

Great location and perfect for a family. We live that we can all stay together.

Didn’t like having the handicap accessible shower. Not built right, water went onto the floor. Wasn’t that clean in the shower.
