TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

It was near several restaurants we enjoyed

There were rust stains in bathtub that looked like blood spatter. Room did not look like pictures. Some of breakfast was burned, other items were overcooked enough to be difficult to eat. Only 4 towels provided for 5 people. Hotel had ran out of lotion.

Staff and breakfast..

Quick trip, arrived late, up early!

The Staff! Super Nice and helpful and friendly! Location, it was close to main roads, but not in a noisy area. Clean and well kept with a great lay out for the property. Did I mention that the Staff is GREAT!

Its a little older property but in good repair and clean, but could use some updating. This is a very nit picky point, because my overall rating is still a 10.

Location and staff

The exterior of the hotel looked ok. The interior of the rooms are tired and need updating. Our bathroom doors were warped and wouldn't close easily. The kitchen stove had been removed. The elevator was not working and we were on third floor.

Location, room cleanliness, breakfast and facilities in the room.

We could hear noise from next room and rooms are little small.

Staff was very friendly.

very small and dated for a townplace marriott brand. Felt more like a cheap hotel with a kitchenette. Bed was supposed to be queen but was size od a double. Needs major updating

Most of the staff was very friendly and great personality and attitude room was great.

The management not sure exactly who he was needs to keep notes on who he talks to about what. He came at us rudely and telling us completely different information than we were given by staff members. Very embarrassing to be treated that way in public

Kitchen and free showtime

Access to the room is complicated. Steps and short entrance to building make it hard to unload and load your luggage.

Good location

Room wasn't cleaned that well. Kitchen floor sticky. Refrigerator was noisy.

price and location

unfortunately I stayed at this location during the coronavirus threat, so I wasn't able to try the breakfast

Location: convenient to shopping center and easy access to freeways.

Inside alleys were not airy.

Really good free breakfast.

Could easily hear neighbors next door talking. It could have been because we were in an adjoining room.

The room and the staff! We loved the little elephant towel too!

The breakfast was not super exciting! But that was the only thing.

The small kitchenette was adorable, wish I had been staying longer. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Did not like the fact that the rooms of two persons in our group had fleas in their room. The pet allowed rooms should be segregated. Thank God they weren't allergic to pet hair, and hopefully they did not take any fleas home with them.

Staff at the front desk truly accommodated my needs as a bar exam student under a lot of stress. She even helped me keep my bags in a safe place while I took my last exam on the Thursday. She was first class.

Older place and felt somewhat unsafe Good location and would stay there again

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice having a kitchenette.

Deferred maintenance issues. Shower head was loose, hand towel rack came crashing down onto the floor, sink stopper broken.

This was the worst experience at a hotel ever. The room wasn't ready when I got there, someone with the same last name got the room I was supposed to be in. I was then told the next day that my room was booked for 1 day and that I had to leave.

I liked the kitchen access and the free breakfast, which seemed plentiful and fresh. Sofa bed was comfortable enough for a 135lb adult, which was a surprise.

The regular beds are not comfortable and seem smaller than a standard queen. No king beds are available, which I dislike.

The room was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities; including a small stove with an actual oven (oppose to just top burners).
