Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dallas Fort Worth Airport South By IHG

I smelled smoke in my room. Not sure where it was coming from. All the nearby rooms were non smoking as well.

The mattress was the only positive thing about this hotel.

Cockroaches in the room, everything was dirty.

Breakfast was very good, milk, yogurt, cold cereal, oatmeal, apples, bananas, sausages, eggs, toast, bagels, and the coffee was excellent and cinnamon rolls were the best.

They did not have the complimentary products available such as disposable shavers, and other items as advertised in the hotel room desk and on the itinerary. There was of a waffle machine but it was out of order.

The price! The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked and the water pressure was good in the shower. The breakfast was good too ( just missing bacon).

The sink did not work well. The staff was not overly friendly. There was a huge wait to check in ( at 10pm). They didn?t great us when we walked in and out.

The staff are wonderful here. Air conditioning works great, comfortable beds, a nice Red Lobster 1 minute walk. Walmart a 4 minute drive. Pool is perfectly clean. The guests here are travelling for work or retirees. Hotel is quiet, peaceful

I can't think of a single thing I could want more for the price.

Spacious rooms!

1st room was a bit damp and musty. The front desk changed me to another room right away!!!

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The room had a weird layout. Bathroom was right in front of the beds, not as you enter the room like other hotels.

Close to the airport. Big room and comfortable bed.

We left before breakfast was served. The thermostat lights up the room. Usually I can sleep through lights but it kept me awake. The bathroom floor (1st floor) was freezing.

Ideal location from airport, shopping mall, and a variety of locations for dining.

Yes . I did not like the room they gave me because it was in front of the loudty of the hotel and a lot of noise

Great location for me to be able to get my father-in-law to the airport for his very early flight on the morning. Breakfast was great too!

It really was perfect for what we needed. An earlier shuttle would have been convenient so I wouldn't have had to physically drive him to the airport, but it is understandable. He had to be at the airport by 5:30, so the 6:00 shuttle wouldn't have worked.

A Great stay, very clean , breakfast was awesome with a large variety. Polite staff members .

Just not happy with the delay in releasing the additional incidentals credit card hold. I ckd out Sunday , it¿s Tuesday and the hold is still on my Discvr card ¿¿

Front desk in the pm not explaining well enough when we were at the airport about pick up location. I had to call him back when I had more info of were I was ?????

Excellent staff. Hotel was clean from the entrance to our entire room. Their continental breakfast was delicious and everything was clean and organized.

hotel was absolutely filthy had to kill roaches on the floor of room. Staff acted as this was OK and did not want to be bothered. after check out we phoned hotel & was hung up on by the woman they did not want to hear our concerns or offer compensation.
