The front desk clerk was very helpful and kind when there was a big rush. Beds were comfy, large rooms and very clean. Breakfast was fresh and hot.

Breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel.

The location was awesome.

The room. My husband sneezed all night only to find mildew and water (not from condensation) on the window.

The place is a bit old and need upgrades or renovation but it's very Clean The lobby is very nice and clean Like e size of soap, lotion and conditioner Size of the fridge was bigger than others i have stayed All the staff are so nice and polite

Bedding needs an upgrade and a total redo. Everything is clean and laid but it's a bit old The bed frame itself needs to be changed or upgraded Ac/heat unit was a bit falling apart a bit As days went by the bath tube started showing traces of molds

The cleanliness of the hotel although is not a five star hospital or have a 8 and above star Staff are polite and respectful The fridge in the room is bigger than most hotels in the past Good sizeable lotions, conditioners and hand soap in the bathroom

There were spots of dust in the room. Bedding over all can be improved on. Bathroom needs a bit of cleaning as traces of molds were spotted as we continue to use it during our stay

Location and quietness

Air conditioner was musty smelling. All my clothes smelled like it.

The hotel was nice & great location.

The hotel front desk was very Incompetent! Thanks to hotel employees my credit card was charged for incidentals 7 times for different amounts. ($25 � 4....$43.99 � 2....$63.99 �1.....totalling $287.98) In unexplained charges on a pre-paid room.

It was very quiet.

Jacuzzi/hot tub was broken. There was a weird bug in the room. Towels looked dingy. Strange order in the room. Front desk attendant was very dry and uninviting.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean. The outdoor area in the center of the hotel was very nice. The shower head in the accessible bathtub was the best I've seen in a hotel.

The carpet and rooms look very old. It makes the halls very dark.

Location and easy access. Clean rooms. Quiet rooms.

Proximity to the areas we were visiting. We have stayed at this hotel previously, and we were sorely disappointed at the decline.

There wasn't a single space, besides our room, that did not reek of marijuana. Guests in the hotel, in the parking lot, around the lobby openly smoking. Employees seemed oblivious to this. The pool needs attention, bottom is rough, needs refinishing.

All staff was helpful and considerate. They provided a shuttle to my conference location and the driver was very kind. I was only there for one day but would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was not clean. There were hairs in the bathtub and the floor was filthy. Also, at about 9pm the AC went out and we had to move rooms. I had been in the hospital all day and needed a quiet clean place to rest. I will never stay at this hotel again

Staff was great

Dirty room/bathroom with bugs. No microwave. VERY POOR lighting. No fan in bathroom.

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Liked being out from downtown, and rate seemed very fair for this location.

Breakfast is not included, but this is plainly spelled out and is available at an extra charge.

We had to move rooms twice and in both rooms the toilets were broke and room had bad odor

I asked multiple times about the broken air conditioner in the fitness center. Nothing was done. They are asking for a negligence lawsuit if someone passes out in there, it was far too hot.

The staff were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and professional. All that despite being severely shorthanded.

The showers and room needs some deep cleaning. There was mildew on the walls of the shower.

Front desk staff upon checking in were great! Had us laughing the whole time we were there. Very professional and helpful. Trust you will not be disappointed.

there was a sign that advised the maids would only clean the room every 3 days after we checked in, paying $9 for breakfast that other hotels give for free, ants & nats, the balcony had a wasps den in the corner
