Lots of things such as the Wi-Fi not working causing me to lose $1,000 from my paycheck and the maid service thinking that she was privy to walk into my room unannounced to do an inspection. Only management can address hotel guests

Nothing I just need somewhere to sleep

Ac making loud noise off and on, tv had no internet connection, people keep on talking loud around 12 to 2am

The clerk that checked me in was great.

The second night I had issues with the tv not working. The front desk would not help with getting it fixed. I tried explaining to the front desk when I checked out what the problem was and they still did not care. You do get what you pay for.

I had to wait 10 min for check in because they were closing their shift. Ridiculous. Also someone was leaving because they found bed bug.

No smoking hotel but hallways reeked of weed. Aged and worn but you get what you pay for.

Nothing, the staff demanded a 50.00 dollar cash deposit and would not take a card for payment.and when I checked out I DID NOT get it back! They said nothing about a CASH DEPOSIT when I reserved and paid for.the room in Full before arriving!

Staff, 50.00 dollar cash deposit, the staff, NEVER answer the front desk phone no matter how many times you called. This hotel looked like a homeless shelter! Will never book again.

There was absolutely nothing that was even somewhat good now mediocre. The staff was discussing hateful rude and finds ways to take your deposit anyway possible. And I mean any way possible. They also think they can do and say things n u not do anything¿¿

Everything sucks here. There prices are so high because it's disgusting roches,rats,bedbugs,worms,and they look at people through holes and have little cameras where you can't see but they watch you. Nastyasses

The check in lady was nice.

It was unsafe. There were violet yelling people in the room next to us. The room were filthy (holes and stains in the sheets, mold all over the room, non functioning by outlets, bathroom was unuseable). A lot of the hardware was broken too.

I do not appreciate the surprise cash deposit they requested. I suggest taking pictures of the room as soon as you get into it for reference. I also don't like that I had a mandatory wait to check in early or I would have to pay an early check in fee.....

The he area was terrible ,the room was even worse it was infested with roaches we were harassed by guest and the staff and was woke up @ 1/2 am with kids jumping and running around.

Nothing. The whole hotel smelled like pee and smoke, cigarettes and fire, there were cockroaches everywhere and the deadbolt on the door didn't work. There were stains on the linens and the tap water smelled like sewage.

This was the sketchiest hotel I have ever seen. And I have stayed at a lot of cheap hotels. Was too scared to sleep. Oh and I found a bedbug in the morning.

What I did not like about this hotel was it they had roaches, and it kept me awake killing them when I was see them

the picture looks okay but is not, is very sketchy.

It needs a major renovation, the floor had a peeling piece, and the bathroom exhaust fan was coming loose. The hallway smells bad. I think they can improve to bring better clients.

The price, the rooms, the staff, location, surrounding shopping centre and I felt at home staying here. It's safe and non-smoking zone. Outstanding job by the management.

They need to introduce some refreshments at the lobby. Some fresh coffee and soft drinks like orange and apple juices.

I lost my wallet and hotel would not roll the cameras back to see if I dropped inside and lied about having cameras outside
