Stinky, dirty, nasty and bed bugs

Surprisingly the rooms were clean , the sheets towels and everything was changed everyday . Fresh coffee . Clean toilets , lots of parking .

I think the frount desk could be more welcoming. They are good but not the best .

It's location

The management and staff were all very disrespectful and showed how shrewd and harsh these people can be towards Americans by the way they push you out of the hotel or attempt to charge you late fee's and extort you for more money.

Their is no heat in the room. The shower doesn't have a shower curtain. The toilet has a bad smell.

All like new on the inside, outside was not as great but we loved the room!

Outside needs some help

The Pay Parking at the Hotel across Semi truck/ trailer the parking lot was 12$ hotel was remodeled clean bed comfy and restaurant right Nextdoor and staff was nice

Elevator broken and we had a 3rd floor room. Room had a musty smell like someone had smoked in it and they tried to clean it

It was in a decent area and very close to DFW airport for our flight out the next day. Also had plenty of restaurants close by.

I booked two rooms and they put us on the opposite side of the hotel even though there were several rooms unoccupied right next to each other! The beds were hard and noisy. No water pressure in the shower. Elevators were not functioning.

The staff was helpful. Our flight was canceled and my family needed a place to stay overnight. Friendly and clean!

We were on the first floor on the outside and the door bolt was broken. It could have been cleaner. There were long black hairs in the bathroom. We?re gray

Proximity to the airport

They gave me an insanely dirty room to start then at 12 am I?m switching rooms. Oh and might I add the elevator was broken so I had to keep walking to the front of the property for everything.

The bed sheet was dirty and it had blood stain, I seen bed bugs under the mattress, had an odor in the room, I had to sanitize room because it looked dirty. I was not pleased.

Location. Price. Staff. Pets allowed at no extra charge. Microwave and refrig in room.

Cockroaches in the room. On the weekend there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. I wanted to drive to McDonald's but felt very uncomfortable walking to my car, which was parked right in front of my door

Close to airport. Clean.

The Hotel Front Desk guy that works the 2nd shift after 3p and the other one that works overnight after 10p, their service is Excellent! They are always friendly, helpful, professional and outstanding. Superb job guys!
