Spacious room, nice breakfast, friendly staff

The size of the room, kitchen space in the room, and location to where I needed to be was great. Provided the toothpaste and toothbrush I had forgotten!

There was hair still in the bathtub (not mine) and the bottom of the tub was dirty (black streaks as if it had not been scrubbed in a while). Breakfast time was not ideal - had to be on the road by 7am both mornings.

It was like apartment living . Easy for my wheel chair . Loved the big bath room .

Breakfast was not great in my opinion. Staff was very nice. Rooms were rather dated, but very clean. I would recommend but I'd have to share a few reservations.

Nothing comes to mind. For the price, this hotel was more satisfactory than some 3 star locations in the immediate area based on having stayed at a few other options.

The front desk staff were rude and one lady must have called us like 15 times in one day because of a deposit issue(Not on us) She barely spoke English and honestly, she was not the type of person you want in a customer service role.

The room was spacious and the kitchen and were modern and updated as were the window coverings. Mattresses were very comfortable as well. Liked the bath products provided

The phone and alarm clock were old and outdated. The bathroom was also outdated. There was no door to the vanity and the light over the vanity also controlled the light right beside the bed. So that it shone right in the eyes of anyone still in bed.

Very clean, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and breakfast was great.

I evacuated during the hurricane and when I needed to extend my reservation they were very helpful. Also I traveled with pets so they put me near a grassy area.

The location was great, rooms were large, clean, and well maintained. I think the star rating could have been higher on this hotel because it was everything you would want in a room, and more. the kind of hotel to stay at for an extended period of time!

The hot meals for breakfast are precooked and packaged foods. They are not fresh and I don't like them.

Unless we have a pet, smoke or have a previous bad history with hotel.. only then should hold an incidental charge... otherwise just have a card on file.

The staff was incredibly nice!

Our toilet was clogged, our room smelled like weed, and it just didn’t look or feel clean. Unfortunately we were too uncomfortable to stay so we checked out as fast as we checked in. But Itzel at the front desk was so incredibly sweet and made it easy.

Great location feels like home away from home.

I made reservations for 2 beds and a sofa bed for my family. When it was time to sleep pulled out the sofa bed and it was not clean at all. They need to upgrade their sofa beds if they are going to include them with the accommodation of the room. It was a bomber and disappointed because I purchased that room to intentionally use the sofa bed
