Room have upgrades

The female that works during the day, not sure of here name, kept talking down to me like I was trash and made up rules as they went along. Will not stay there again.

Staff, cleanliness, location.

Customer service. Hotel employee was very professional and had a great smile and was very welcoming.

Gym wasn?t working, I literally had to Uber/Lyft to a fitness facility everyday. breakfast wasn?t available, and pool w whirlpool were closed, airport shuttle was not available on day of arrival

Proximity to my job.

Charged a room deposit which the Asian family in front of me was waived. Room key needed to be reset everyday.

Location

The sheets had hair on them, I asked to replace the bedding and pillow cases and the replacements were stained as bad as the first ones. I ended up buying blankets for the beds and new pillows to sleep on at target. Homeless people in the parking lot

Dirty, nothing worked, hotel staff was rude and did not accommodate.

They charged me 30 dollars as a security payment for no reason and did not give back that money

Big spacious room

A lot of things don't work . Ie plug plates, hairdryer, phone

The deluxe king room was very spacious.My husband was in a wheel chair and myself used a walker and we had plenty of room to move around..

The TV did not have a remote and the refrigerator didn't work. I called the service desk to tell them. They gave us a remote and a new refrigerator ,but it took hours to get them.

It?s nothing good about it

It?s not a good hotel it?s for homeless and they have bed bugs I prove to show that and it?s false advertising free breakfast they don?t serve any breakfast also I am going to report to state of TX.

I like staying at this hotel, because the front desk give good customer service they make you feel welcome and at home the housekeepers make sure your room stay clean is a good location. It¿s around a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.

Mold in the shower in the first room, that they tried to cover up with terrible caulking job that the mold grew right over it. Transferred me to a second room that had stained sheets and something splattered on the walls. 2 more rooms had mold

Wifi was awful and some things weren't maintained like the bathroom door falling apart

Comfortable room. Nice bed.

The door was broken and would lock you in to the bathroom. The neighborhood had homeless and various people walking around from near by areas.

Wednesday at 3: am wanted to check in the front desk clerk told me I can't check in until 6 am unless i pay 70 dollars I can check in early. So with that said I set outside for 4 hours before I could check in the hotel.

The hotel lobby looks inviting and it's right next door to a nice 7-11.

The bathtub tiles were broken near the faucet but unevenly caulked back into place. There was mold on the edges of the bathtub and the nottom of the shower curtain. The bathtub faucet would not stop completely. Stained hand towel and dirty bathmat.

I have stayed here several times and the desk staff are always friendly and the check-in time is always 5 mins or less.

There's is nothing to report that was negative.

It's location being closed to the DFW south parking.
