The facility is old with broken appliances and furniture, bugs and water pipes breaking and flooding sections of the building.

Filthy, smelled like a nail shop on the second floor and the place was dirty my room toilet had someone butt crumbs all over it. The receptionist kept abandoning the desk so I wasn?t able to get any assistance.

It is cheap, but definitely not work it.

The hotel is short on staff and even weekly cleaning is not done. When bedbugs were on my pillow, I asked to have the linens changed and the room vacuumed. That was three days ago and no one has cleaned the room, yet

No room service, you had to take your own trash out, the room had an odor, my door key wasn?t working properly, when I checked into my room, one of the towels had dirt on it, to expensive and offers nothing

It is in a nice neighborhood without traffic problems.

The staff is limited.

It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to freeways and shopping.

The furniture is old and damaged.

constantly got locked out of accessing the building/room, key cards would stop working and would have to wait outside after calling staff to be let back in

Sofa bed is very dirty and never cleaned. Book for 4 adults with children and the hotel provided 2 towels. Asked for extra towels and they requested for payment for the extra towels.

DIRTY BUGS HORRIBLE STAY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES YOU HAVE ONLINE. False advertising. HOT WATER TOOK FOREVER.

The rooms are old. Outdated, smell. Funny, the staff is extremely rude.

It was over booked. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. What we got was 1 queen and a sleeper. The manager said one would be available the next day. It never was. 2nd the room was dirty sticky bathroom floors w/ mildew smell & roaches

My sink was messed up in the bathroom and the kitchen the Wi-Fi was not good at all the employees some of them were rude

Everything breakfast could have been better the sinks in the bathroom in the kitchen could have been better not a good stay at all

Allow me to check in to my hotel after paying for it because they were being audited. In the lady at the front desk disappeared. Multiple customers with reservations including myself had to go to the motel 6 across the street and pay for another room

Going outside last night with my kids cause someone set off fire alarm.

Was able to cook me a good meal, kitchen.

No cable could watch my shows. Need Bet channel and We tv and etc. ID Channel as well .

The staff was amazing, the room was a great size as well. Quite and clean :)

The hotel is good, the rooms are also good

Trying to get your room cleaned, I stayed for 3 weeks and requested a deep clean and talked to everyone at the front desk even the managers and they all said my room will get cleaned and up to this day I still waiting

My job relocated me from Austin to Dallas and I am not familia with the area and took a chance on this hotel and am truly glad I did. front desk was so sweet and courteous and knowledgeable of the area and her job. The facilit and room was perfect.

I wished they provided more than coffee, tea, oatmeal. I wish more of a continental breakfast was provided.

Saw live bed bugs, immediately checked out and move to another hotel.
