Rat turds, no ac, rude staff.

Room was clean, wifi worked well, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.

Only one elevator working, shower area was a bit cramped.

The pool. Very clear and clean water

Poor maintenance in the room. Very small bed area, wet carpet, uncomfortable mattress.

Clean, large room with comfortable bed good linens, pillows, and towels, nice staff and tasty breakfast

Dated but clean, location in very busy area surrounded by hotels that are triple the price so overall good choice, felt unsafe at first but very quickly resolved

The sitting area and large TV in our room. We were there during a snowstorm and didn't feel closed in at all.

Staff was disinterested and unfriendly. No smile, no welcome and despite doing nothing at all to her was giving me a death stare. Very strange. Water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

The staff was not customer service felt like we were putting them out. No personality evening shift and morning. There is an area with tv and couple couches behind the desk and they stayed there in the morning when I came down never came out.

The location was good. It was in between 2 Dallas airports and easy access to highways. The room had a nice layout, separating the sleeping area from the front room with sofa and table.

The blackout curtain in the room did not meet together, so we had to put something against it to keep them closed. The air conditioning/heating unit was loud when it cycled on. We had problems with getting the TV to come on properly.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff are very polite and courteous.

Front desk staff was very polite and courteous as well as helpful. and another lady that helped me were very helpful. Got me checked in and out in a jiffy.

Bathroom had ants. I was going to tell desk clerk but they were busy when we left.,

Best location for moving around DFW. Staff was very friendly. It was very clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Should check the hand sanitizer dispensers. Nothing upsets me more than having an empty dispenser since we have not really cleared the pandemic all the way. Should still be on high alert. I am specifically speaking of the dispenser near the elavator.

Automatic door was broken

The room was dirty. Had stains on the floor. The mini fridge did not cool and I lost breastmilk. I had to go buy a cooler to store the rest. We couldn¿t turn on the air because it was so loud it kept us up. The light in the bathroom Flickered on and off.

The staff never cleaned our room even upon request. They said they¿d bring towels and take trash. They never did. I was told a manager would reach out to me. They didn¿t. I called back and she said she¿s email me a free night stay. She never did.

The district manager, manager, and most of the staff was amazing.

Casey on the other hand was not very professional and was very rude.

The staff was very accommodating, the hotel was clean and the location was hood.

The air conditioner located in my room was loud.
