Hampton Inn Dallas/Irving-Las Colinas

The employees were super friendly and met our needs. They even sent a text checking how our stay was going and if we needed anything.

Friendly staff, clean rooms , great location , comfortable bed

It could use some updating and breakfast wasn?t up to what I?ve had at other Hampton Inns. It?s a very dated hotel compared to others.

Front desk is clueless! Especially the night staff. Almost charged us again even when we gave the pre paid confirmation. Unaware of the pet fee , she was scrambling to figure it out. Charged us more than what was initially quoted. Check your receipts!

I always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn Hotels. Their service is great and I absolutely love the breakfast every morning.

Usually when I arrive to my room, the a/c has been powered on ready for us to occupy, but this particular room was all hot, stuffy, and humid. So we had to turn on the AC right away and it took a bit to finally get comfortable but that was a minor flaw.

Room and location were nice

The front desk person, both the senior gentlemen who checked me in and the guy who checked me out ruined my experience. They really need people with some hospitality training before hiring them for the front desk.

The breakfast was great. It was not a typical continental breakfast at all.

The sliding bathroom door as opposed to a swinging door. It would not shut close all the way.

It was clean. Ladies that were there when we tried to check in early were nice, but The one when we came back after 3, not so much.

We didn¿t like the attitude of the lady who checked us in. She gave us the wrong room knowing I¿d ordered a double Queen. When we came back down, she acted like there were no more double queens available. When she saw I wasn¿t having that, she found it.

The bed was comfortable.The location was great. The hotel was clean.

The entire hotel was hot as hell. The room was hot as hell. The breakfast was very poor choice for the price of the hotel. I expected more of a full breakfast experience.

The hotel was clean with easy access to the freeway. The gentleman who checked us in was very courteous. We had a great stay.

The hallways and elevators were extremely hot.

I liked that the hotel was in a quiet area,away from traffic & noise.The front desk ladies excelled at customer service. I liked that if I didn't want my room cleaned, they left a note telling me I can contact the front desk if I need anything at all.

Hotel was clean. Staff was professional, helpful and friendly despite being very busy with emergency response teams stating because of the weather. Very convenient location.

The closet and the bathroom share a door on a gliding rail, so there is no way to have both closed off. Really didn't like that. I forgot some items hanging in the closet because we had the bathroom door open so the closet door was closed.

The location is perfect. 10mins from DFA,great eateries in The area. I would definitely stay again. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast had a got variety of food They kept our reservation despite arriving at hotel about 2:00 am due to American Airlines leaving us stranded in DFW.

Hotel was run down. One of the chairs in the room, was ripped off.Carpet in elevator was dirt and smelly. No bottled water in room.

Location was great - no noise. Clean outdoor pool. Never had a problem with getting extra towels. Maid service all 4 night we stayed. Room and common spaces really clean.

Rooms had trouble cooling down. Overall, hot room. Hallways were especially hot with stale air.

-furniture was old -staff was very rude -when you walk in the hotel it had a horrible smell -refrigerator did not work
